Excellent and keen pricing by Amazon. Using it for home oven baking, wok station and gas pizza oven. Tops at at 450c which is ok for my needs. Remembers last reading. Well calibrated for temp recording for commercial use

Works well. Not what I was after though, should have read the spec better, I thought it was a camera not a laser type. Can’t confirm its accuracy but it reads close to what my oven does.

This infrared thermometer feels solid and well made, and it’s been very straightforward to use. It’s a simple point-and-shoot design, and the wide temperature range makes it useful for checking temperatures of various things around the house. I’ve been using it on things like radiators, windows, walls and household appliances, and the readings have been consistently reliable. The laser pointer makes it useful to be able to repeat readings from the exact same spot and I usually take a few readings from the same surface and average them, and the results have been both accurate and repeatable. The option to select different material modes is a nice touch and helps improve accuracy. The display is clear and easy to read, and I really like that it shows the previous reading as well as the current one, which makes quick comparisons easy. Batteries are included, which is always appreciated. Overall, this is a dependable, well-designed infrared thermometer that does exactly what it should. It’s simple enough for casual use, but accurate enough to feel the results are fairly reliable. A very solid bit of kit from Bosch.

Can't stop playing with this. Useful for checking temperature of things

Have been using it for a while for making pizzas in an outside pizza oven. Works well, quite accurate.

What a really handy piece of kit this is. For years I’ve struggled with balancing my domestic radiators. I’ve tried clip on thermometers in the past but found these worse than useless. This however, proved excellent. By just pointing at the radiator feed and return I was able to see the temperature drop and adjust the lock shield accordingly. The thermometer has three modes that enables temperatures to be measured of various surface finishes, from shiny to matt, hard to soft. I’ll find loads of uses for this, engine top hose temperatures, freezer and oven performance for example. Really pleased I bought this, and the £48 I paid was about right.

Meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. Ho speso di più rispetto ad altre marche ma Bosch è una garanzia. Molto preciso. Ottimo anche ij cucina, soprattutto se usate pentole in alluminio presso fuso anitaderente e non volete superare i 250/260 gradi oltre i quali i PFTE si degradano e diventano tossici. Lo uso anche per mettere i cibi a cuocere alla giusta temperatura, es. 135 le uova, 150 il pollo, 180 il maiale ecc. Un utile in molti campi. Consigliato.
