I've installed 3 electric locks now. My advice, don't buy the expensive ones. I fought for 3 hours with 1 that was $75 on sale! The 2 that I have now were $35ish. This one took maybe 10 minutes to install, program and test. I'm talking done, code and fingerprint input...works like a dream. Also fabulous customer service. They emailed me before the lock got to me saying if I needed anything they'd help me. The other company, when I reached out said they had no idea what I'd purchased and gave me a list of information they'd need before they could help. Love this lock, sleek, easy to install, great customer service!!!!

This lock, out of the box, feels substantial! It was very easy to install and program and I love it's feel and performance! It's very fast to respond and very customizable in its programming. You won't go wrong buying this lock.

Very nice looking lock. Every feature works well and it took about fifteen minutes to install and five minutes to program. I've only had it for a couple of days, but so far, I'm impressed with it.

This is a well built secure, strong deadbolt. The programming manual has your unique user code. Write this code down as you need it if you reset etc. I feel very secure with the deadbolt. I luv the ability to add a neighbor, police officers etc fingerprint for emergencies. I live in a very small town so yes adding an officer or the chiefs fingerprint would be normal. It's very east to program. Plus the keys provided for emergencies is excellent. I had to read installation instructions multiple times but that's normal as I'm left handed so in a world for right handed brains, I sometimes struggle. Plus I only have 1 fully functioning hand so these types of projects are extra difficult for myself. This product will stand up well in all weather. I'm located were winters are very cold, so if I have any updates come then I'll add. I think the price was a great deal. It's so easy to open the door now. It performed excellent. My deadbolt is located close to an outlet so charging is a breeze. Alexa also reminds me to charge. You'll luv this product.

I received and installed this October 12, 2024. We loved it and it seemed to work well. Battery life was not great but was not a deal breaker. On January 17, 2025 just 3 months later we could’ve lost our house due to fire because of this lock. The lock was malfunctioning and the batteries were so hot they were melting the housing. Luckily we were home and heard it making noise and checked. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! It is dangerous!

Easy to install. Nice looking on the door. However, we are in and out of the house at least 60 times a day. For this reason the auto lock needs to be disabled. Following instructions over and over. It’s a no go. Looked through amazon questions and the code given here is different than instructions. Tried that and still a no go. So, it’s useless to us. Can’t recommend. UPDATE: I received an email from the seller offering a full refund. I will not take this although it is very appreciated. My husband tried again to disable the auto lock. We searched on YouTube and found a video. Following that it still didn’t work. But we continued trying and hitting a sequence of numbers we were able to finally disable the auto lock. I can’t tell you how we did it. My complaint is, the instructions didn’t work for us. I will update to three stars leaving two off for the frustration. The seller is good! Thank you for the offer of a refund. Since the lock is now working, I cannot take a refund.

I replaced an older version of a touchpad lock, but this one is WAAAAAY better, as well as being WAAAAY less expensive. Other reviews talked about how simple it was to install...anyone could do it, they said. All I can say is I'm lucky to have the neighbors I do, since without them, I never would have been able to get this done. But now that it is? I'm quite delighted!! But...now that I have been using it for a couple of days, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

This lock is fantastic. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Instructions were easy and videos were helpful. I've only had it on there for a day, so I haven't had a chance to evaluate battery life. I have read that a lot of these fingerprint locks eat batteries quickly but time will tell.
