Works as advertised!
I used this to fill a few pea sized holes in my gutters, and it worked exactly as I expected. It was easy to use as well, and I appreciated that I need need to use a caulk gun for it. Great for small patches!

It works fairly well. It holds up well. It solved 90% of the seam leaks. I would have liked 100% but alas, it wasn't to be.Still happier than before.

To repair my broken gutter that was hit by a tree branch from the last winter storm, this sealand did the job pretty well. It has been raining a few of day after I applied it to seal the seam on the broken gutter, no leaking found so far. Hope it can last.
