I used this on second story windows in my home. Handle was very sturdy and easy to lengthen and shorten as needed.It was less easy to control when fully extended, but I was able to manage the window cleaning head by making the handle shorter and standing on a 5 foot ladder while the product.

Perfect for cleaning my garden window. I no longer need to get out the ladder, this does the job wonderfully!

I have a three season porch that has windows all around. This did a nice job on the windows and was fairly easy to use.

I was upset because the squeegee part did not come with the pole, but later I found it taped in the bottom of the box caught in the packaging. I gave it a poor review before but now I’m giving it an excellent review. It’s exactly what I wanted.

Love it although the squeegie is just a piece of foam like material. Disappointed in that.

This not a high quality item. Not worth purchase.1. Attaching the squeegee to the top of the pole is not straight forward or clear - you have to remove the top lever - and pushing the squeegee in - ended up pushing the top extension pole down inside and had to work to get it back out.2. The squeegee attachment arm that "clips in" is the weakest point - it already came off with my first usage - when the pole is extended your putting a lot of leverage - pushing down to clean from such a long extension. I can tell that this part of the attachment is going to keep coming off and I will end up having to janky rig this with duct tape.
