Amazing Mount. Really High Quality. Perfect For Monitors and TVs.
It took me forever to find a perfect mount for my monitors. Most mounts are made for TVs, so they are a little bulky when using on monitors. I did a lot of research and ordered a few different mounts before I finally settled on these. They are really nice and meet most of my expectations. They are a little overkill for monitors, but they do work really well. The number one competitor was the Kanto PS400. I did order those too and tested them. As you can tell from my pictures, I have a very specific install I needed these for. The Kanto mounts didn't end up working well with my desk. Also, the VESA mounting point on the back where it connects to the monitor is extremely huge on the Kanto. It looks ridiculous. It's fine for a TV, but way too big for a monitor. This pretty much eliminated that brand and made me go with the Barkan. My install is also special because the way my desk is setup, the back of my monitors is in full view. In most installs, the back of your TV or monitor is against the wall, so it doesn't matter what it looks like. For my install, it had to look good as well. In my first picture, you can see my finished install from the front. Overall I'm pretty happy with it. I do with they were just a couple inches longer. As it is now, they don't stretch out quite enough for my use. But they work well enough as is. The quality of the mount is really nice. The cord management is okay, but could be better. For a white mount for a small TV, you can't really do better than these. If they made a version for monitors that was like this, but didn't go as heavy duty/bulky, it would be a home run. I love the quality, but when you pair a bulky mount with a small monitor, it starts to be a little funky. These are a good compromise right in the middle. The rotating range is good. I do have slight occasional issues with rotating on one of them. One tends to be really stiff and even gets locked sometimes. And the other is really loose. The more you move them, the more they start to loosen and do what you need. They also are slightly off-level which is kind of weird too, but nobody would notice than unless extremely OCD. There's not much else to say. I just wanted to post pictures of my install since I'm using them in a different way than most people. I hope this may help people like me that need to use them on installs that are not typical. I would definitely buy them again in the future.

The movement is excellent
Mounted a 65 in Samsung on my brick wall and it looks and moves around without any issues. I purchased this one in particular so that I could watch tv and cook at the same time.. The setup was not too complicated but u have to ensure you are aware where you want the tv to be positioned on your wall otherwise the tv will not be symmetrical. Only gripe are the cords I have to figure out a way to hide them due to the cords move with the TV

Too flimsy!
Flimsy! This mount is way too flimsy for a 65 inch TV. The arms that attach to the TV are held in place on the mount by small screws that don't allow enough friction to keep them from moving around when trying to pull the TV out away from the wall, or any other movement. The result is the TV has to be releveled everytime you move it. I even attached a small level permanently to the back of TV to re-align it to save a trip to garage for a level. Maybe this wouldn't be an issue with a smaller, lighter TV, but this is rated for 65 inch, and my TV is 25 lbs lighter than the rating of the mount. I would send it back but don't want anymore holes in my wall. Get something more robust for a 65 inch TV.

Install Required Modifications
Mount was a bit of a pain to install. First off, with the location of our particular TV mount holes being at the bottom of the TV, we had to cut the bracket arms so that they were not visible nor would the mount arm be. I had to use bolts that did not come with the install kit because the provided ones were too long even with the shims provided. When we got the mount on the wall, the plastic cover on the arm was too tight to the drywall for it to swivel. We tried to shim the bracket off the wall, which in the process broke one of the bolts. We ended up taking the plastic cover off the swivel arm which is what we should’ve done to begin with. There were some washers called for in the installation instructions that weren’t provided, yet other pieces without tags were included. Instructions were not the easiest instructions to follow in compared to other mounts I’ve purchased. Overall, it does the job, but I would not recommend.

Great product!
Had it installed by Amazon tech.. the installer was surprised at its clean appearance and the strength it was able to hold him up after installation. A test he uses to verify it will hold the weight before installing the TV. Good price and does what it claims

Beautiful tv mount.
This is a very beautiful mount and heavy enough to feel very sturdy. I had my BF help install it and the only snag we found was that the bolts that to actually put to connect the 4 way part to my tv was too long or too short so we did have to go to home depot to find bots that would work. After that everything went great. The instructions are all pictures but pretty easy to understand. There are directions to either use a single stud in the wall but there is also another option if there is no stud available. Just look at the directions carefully and you can do it with ease. Also I recommend two people actually mount the tv to the stand once its on the wall, if you try to do it by yourself it is risky.

Happily Surprised
Took a chance because I wanted the higher arm to be out of the way vs mounts with the arm centred. A little scary at first as the tv is held on by adjustable arms, but it felt sturdy once tv was mounted. Current tv is the 55” HISENSE 55Q9G rated at 39.2lbs (with stand) couldn’t find weight without, I did mount it with the stand on, then took them off after, so it did easily hold the full 39.2lbs. This was mounted to the wall frame as I had the wall open for renos, so was a quick install. I didn’t see a paper mounting template and it’s relatively heavy, so it was a bit awkward to hold the arm while marking for holes, I might just have thrown it out with the package as I only kept instructions and installed a week after I opened it. Hindsight I could have grabbed scrap paper and marked… ya I probably should have done that… Only negative for some might be the tilt, it’s 4 screws that each need to be tightened/loosened to adjust. I’m not planning on adjusting the tilt again, so it’s fine for me. UPDATE: 3 months and going strong, have removed and replaced a few times because of renovations and every time is holds up with no issues. Bought a 2nd unit (3400LW) from same brand with a bit more length to the arm for the living room. Watch for sales! It did have a template, it’s actually on a cardboard piece inside that is perforated to remove and easily missed if not paying attention.
