Writes great! Posts loosely. Would buy again.
I wanted another inexpensive fountain pen to keep with my bedside journal. This has been used daily for a few weeks now and I can say it has exceeded every expectation. Right out of the box the nib writes very well and does not need any tweaking. The ink that came with it flows well and is nice and dark. I have not tried it with any other ink, I expect it will perform nicely. This pen is thin and weighty, both qualities I like. My one gripe is that cap does not post securely. It will stay if you *really* jam it on tight, however vigorous writing will knock it off. I am happy with this pen and would consider another one from Beiluner in the future.

Good quality pen and feels solid in your hand. May not be quite as smooth as Parker or Pilot.
I grew up writing with fountain pens but lost touch for several years (decades?). My son had bought a Pilot pen and didn't want to use it and I happen to pick it up and loved the feel of it. After much deliberation I wanted to try different brands. Bought a Parker IM and also wanted to try this new brand. Pen arrived in a nice gift box (honestly not needed since it'll never go back into the fancy box which will end up in garbage!). Tried to insert a cartridge but maybe I did something wrong but it wouldn't insert properly. I thought the little nozzle that connects to the cartridge maybe damaged. I contacted customer service through Amazon and they sent me a replacement right away. New one works great. In addition to 6 cartridges, it also comes with a refill converter pump which is nice. Pen is stylish and well made. Feels solid in your hand and doesn't feel cheap. Now compared to my Pilot and Parker, which write every so smoothly, BEILUNER feels every so slightly 'scratchy' but maybe it is my imagination. Overall I use it often and I'll recommend folks to try it out. Particularly at this price.

Great pen for an incredible price!
This is an elegant pen, if a pen can be elegant. It writes smoothly and handles very well. The ink cartridges are quite small so it doesnโt last as long as the disposable pens, but itโs still worth the cost. One thing I was not expecting is the refillable cartridge that came with the pen. I can use my own ink rather than using the refills. I havenโt tried that yet to see how easy it works, but I will update this review when I do.

Professional looking fountain penโฆuse it at work, itโll make your coworkers insecure.
Solid pen, looks subtly professional, and the extra fine nib does indeed produce extra fine lines. I have smallish hands, thick barrels donโt work for me. This one was just right, the pen is quite comfortable to hold, and feels balanced especially with the cap on the back. Comes with a pretty nice case, if not a bit overkill but give me too much rather than not enough any day. I might put use it for general fountain pen storageโฆcould get a few in this thing. Ink flow was fairly stable and smooth, but havenโt written with it for a long stretch. Might notice a little feathering right off filling the cartridge, but again, itโs quite minor and I tested this on regular notebook paper. This could be a good beginner pen if you find it on sale (I grabbed one for $15.99) but Iโd still say go with the Pilot kakuno first because Iโm biased like that. I did write with an EF Kakuno next to this one and they feel very similar, but this pen has the advantage of being a metal alloy and bright blue. As much as I love Japanese stationary, they can be kinda, I donโt know, a little too โhello kittyโ for grown ups. Along with 8 cartridges either black ink, a โtwistโ converter is included. I took a photo of the directions (mainly for beginners). The procedure is - remove barrel from grip, put the converter into grip pushing down firmly to make sure itโs properly seated. Then you put the whole nib into your bottle of ink, twist the converter counterclockwise with one hand while holding the grip with the other (expels the air), then twist clockwise to draw up ink. You may need to repeat this step & adjust the speed at which you twist for optimal ink suction. See my video for more on how well this converter performed. Since I got the pen for $15.99 Iโd say itโs a good value for the money. I would not pay more than that though. The barrel and grip are โsmoothโ but my hand doesnโt slide down like it has with other pens. Shape is similar to pilot metropolitan with less flare in the barrel, so itโs very easy to use. Only tricky part may be the cartridge.

An Absolutely Fantastic Pen โ Perfect Flow, Perfect Feel
This fountain pen has exceeded every expectation I had. The writing experience is flawlessโthe ink flow is smooth and consistent, with pristine trails that never skip or blotch. It glides across the page effortlessly, making my daily journaling sessions not only easier but far more enjoyable. The pen itself is beautifully designed, with a weight and balance that feel just right in the hand. The grip is comfortable for long writing sessions, and my hand doesnโt cramp even after extended use. Every detail, from the nib to the cap, feels high quality and well thought out. On top of that, using it is a great sensory experienceโthe smoothness, the sound of nib on paper, and the way it feels in hand all make writing with it deeply satisfying. Beyond function, itโs simply a gorgeous penโelegant and eye-catching, yet professional. If youโre looking for a pen that elevates your writing experience, this is it. I canโt recommend it enoughโitโs not just a tool, itโs an upgrade to the whole process of writing.

Very nice old fashion pen, price is good, thick enough for my hand, and very easy to write with it, does not leak ink like other ones even ehen you have them upside down

I think it looks elegant, and it writes smoothly.
I really didn't need another fountain pen. I have several but, recently, I developed a growing itch to acquire a new one, something elegant but not too expensive. I have a BEILUNER gel pen that I really like, so I searched for a fountain pen from this company. I found one, and it met my criteria plus, it was on sale. When I first loaded a cartridge (I may or may not use the ink refill converter; they can get messy) and began writing, I thought it felt scratchy. I put it aside, as recommended, and tried it the next morning. It felt as though it glided over the paper. The pen feels good in my hand. To me, it does bespeak luxury. I haven't had it long enough to assess its durability.

Nib was medium, not fine. Otherwise very nice pen.
This is a really nice pen. Really nice. Only complaint is that it was described as fine point, but came with a medium nib. So I bought another one, thinking it was a fluke. Same thing happened. People care about the nibs, darn it!

Beautiful presentation
This is a nice pen and I have had no issues with it thus far. I am using the converter for the ink rather than the included ink cartridges. The pen comes in a very stylish leather case with instructions, converter, ink, cartridges, and a support card from the company Beiluner. It is actually refreshing to see that this Chinese pen company has a website and is a recognizable company.. S so many Chinese fountain pens have Unknown or dubious origins. This is not the case with this fountain pen..
