A really handy little tool with only minor niggles
I decided that for my next woodworking project I wanted to try making a clock, so was going to need to mark out some wood at angles, and decided to have a punt on this since I'd never seen anything that looked quite like it!First impressions - very good. I've had a few items from this brand before and have generally been very satisfied with them (I discovered them when I bought some of these right angle clamps which I still use regularly to this day - https://amzn.to/3tI0Fh0)The rule is designed to fit (at 90 degrees) in the protractor with magnets, and contrary to some of the negative reviews I read beforehand, these seem to hold well for me. This provided a solid square.Because the rule has a cut out in it, that means you can also use this for drawing lines (while sliding the protractor part up your workpiece). At only 30cm long you're not going to be able to mark up anything too huge. But I suspect that's not the intended audience. But you can also take the rule out of the slot and rest it on top. Then a little tightening knob - which is initially stowed in the body of the protractor - can be used to tighten the rule at any angle. When I first tried using it an at an angle I wasn't using the bolt - thinking the magnets would be enough - which they weren't - perhaps that was what the other reviewer missed? The tightening knob itself is a bit fiddly to remove, and I think you could also easily lose the small rubber washer which is on its end which might make it less secure when tightened. (They, by the way, were my minor niggles!)Once the rule is attached by the knob all is plain sailing. And to be honest, I have so many other squares, I will probably leave this attached in this way for this purpose. The cut out in the rule is in the shape of an arrow which point to the angle you are making. I am slightly concerned that the markings on the protractor might wear off over time, but they are good and clear at the moment and I will update after more prolonged use. There are even a couple of helpful bits of info printed on the middle of the protractor - giving you ratios for different angles. Neat.So all in all, I think this is a useful little tool for a relatively modest cost. Thanks for reading this far!

Nice angle ruler.
I like this protractor ruler it’s accuracy is good and made well. I have purchased several items of this Perciva make and they have all been good quality and accurate. This item is just as good as the more expensive brands on the market

Fine as a square, straight lines, doesn't swivel
I thought it swivelled but it doesn't, fine for straight lines, I've used the ruler on its own more
