Great magnesium, easy to swallow, and no after taste. I was low on magnesium and now I can sleep better, feel more relaxes, and have been digestion.

So far, so good. One benefit, it helps me sleep beter.

I take this before bedtime and it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I fall asleep easier and, more importantly, I don’t wake up feeling groggy the next day. I also feel more calm in the morning, which is a huge plus, especially on busy school days when I’m getting my little one ready and out the door. It just takes a bit of the edge off and makes mornings feel less rushed. The capsules are easy to take and the blend feels gentle overall. For me, it’s been a really helpful addition to my nighttime routine.

Works great

I will say that this product was helpful the first 2-3 months I used it. It helped relieve muscle soreness when I used it before bed, however I don't think I need the additional supplement and have not noticed the effect in my second purchase of the same product. The capsules are relatively large and have an odd taste and after taste to them. I find it helpful to drink juice after use.

I was put onto this supplement by a friend and I haven't turned back! Just about to order my 3rd bottle. Capsules are easy to swallow, and my sleep has definitely improved since beginning this supplement. I recommend it to all my friends!
