Easy to use. It’s exactly what it says it is. The individual days can separate from the tray carrier. So if you go on a weekend getaway, there is no need for a separate pill case. You can just pull the days that you are going to be gone and leave the rest.

I have always had a hard time finding a smaller case. Large cases are great, but I don't have as many pills to take as others and it isn't fun traveling with a case far too big for what I need. This case is small but still holds a lot of pills. 5 capsules, a biotin gel pill, and 3 small pills, and there's still space for more despite the small size. Something nice is that you can also pop out each day and just carry that around instead of the entire case. I bought two so I could sort two weeks of pills, which ended up being 2 weeks because they're double sided for AM and PM, but I only take my pills in the morning so I did both sides. It's great because now I only have to sort my medications monthly! It's great for its price and the size is perfect for me, and they last quiet awhile. I bought this exact case awhile back and it lasted over 5 years. The old one still works fine but the days of the week are beginning to scratch off and the lids feel like they might break soon. But for the price and quality, it's worth the purchase.

We were looking for a smaller alternative to the large AM/PM pill organizer that had been sitting rather obtrusively on our cabinet. This compact version immediately caught our attention with its sleek black-and-white design—clean, minimalistic, and much less noticeable. Despite its smaller size, we were pleasantly surprised at how functional it is. Each day has an AM and PM compartment, and we were able to fit six pills comfortably into both sections for all seven days. If you’re managing a moderate daily medication or supplement routine, this organizer should work very well. The lids open and close smoothly, and feel secure—no concern about them popping open unexpectedly. It's also great for travel or simply decluttering your countertop, as it takes up significantly less space while still serving the same purpose. Overall, this is a great, discreet replacement for our larger pill organizer, which we’ll still keep for backup or when we need more capacity. But for everyday use, this pill case is just right.

This is an OK pill case as long as you don't need a lot of space for several pills. I did not need a really large one for my husband since he's only taking small amount of pills. He likes that he doesn't have to remember any particular colors--just black side for night time and clear side for day time. I will say that the little "doors" do seem just a little loose at the hinges, but he's been using it for several months now and it seems to be holding up fine. Just thought I should mention that though.

I take a small number of pills every morning and every night. This pill case is just the right size. The individual "days" also pop out so you can take one or more with you when you are taking an overnight trip. I had one of these for about 3 years now. I thought there might be an issue with the plastic lids breaking off but they have not. The reason I replaced it is because the writing has worn off the tops of the lids. Knowing that, I'll be more careful when handling the pill case. Less than $6 for three years use is a bargain.

* * update: Lids pop open easily & individual days fall out of base tray. After taking this on a recent trip, I have tossed it and ordered another one. The lids and the individual days just don't work for travel. It's a good thing I put this in a ziplock bag along with my extra bottles of meds b/c when I took the bag out of my suitcase, all but one of the individual days had come out of the base tray and several of the lids had come open. If you're just using this at home and leaving it sitting on the counter, this could work but even at that, I had noticed that the lids just don't click closed very well. It doesn't take much to flip them open, so it's easy to imagine how they just popped open when they were in my carry-on bag. I was recently prescribed a couple of supplements, both of which happen to be large capsules. Adding 2 large capsules to my current 4 pills mean they are all now just a smidge too big to fit in the compact case I'd been using. One pill fit, but I couldn't squeeze both new meds in. For reference, the previous one I'd been using (that I loved) is 5.25" x 2.5" so I looked for one that was just a tad larger than that. Most of the large organizers are a whopping 8 or 9 inches long! There's no way I needed an organizer that large. One of the new pills fit in my current case, so I just needed one with enough room to accommodate 1 more. I finally found this one that measures 5-7/8" x 3-1/16". What the description doesn't provide is that it's about 1 inch the high/thick. Two reasons for this thickness: - The pill cases are not flat ... they are arched and are about a inch thick at the highest midpoint. - They also all sit in a base tray. The 7 days are not connected, but when they sit in the base tray, they look like they are. If you wish to just take a single day section out of the tray, you are able to do so, but if you wish to take more than one day out, those multiple days do not connect. That base tray not only adds a bit of height to the cases, but the base tray also sort of flares out at the bottom so it adds a little to the overall footprint as well. The fact that the days do not connect to each other unless they're in the tray, mean that you do need to keep the individual cases in the base tray. For someone who might benefit from being able to take individual days out, this may work great, but I just want a weekly am/pm case that holds all my meds in the smallest footprint possible. This is okay but I'll probably keep looking.

These are great, have bought 3 of them so far. They only hold about 3 pills so if you are looking for a nice small case. This is it. It also allows you to take one day out with the AM and PM without taking the whole case. Great for a one day Trip.

Love this small pill organizer. It fits in my purse when I go on vacation and the lids stay closed!

One of the compartment hinges broke within one month of light use. I really like the overall design, but the plastic lids are quite thin and flimsy. Amazon directed me to the manufacturer for support, but the manufacturer directed me back to Amazon, stating that they act as the wholesaler. Catch-22. We exchanged multiple emails in which I begged them to at least address the issue with Amazon so they aren't improperly directing customers to them. Deaf ears. Of course, there's no straightforward way to contact Amazon, because their system just directs me back to the manufacturer. It's not worth any more of my time to navigate multiple AI chats, text chats, and phone calls to get the issue resolved. Don't make the same mistake. I used to roll my eyes when people dismissed things as "late stage capitalism", but I don't know how else to summarize this experience. Moving product is in their best interest. Customer support is not. But the brick-and-mortar options for these kinds of products locally are even worse, and twice the cost. I hope Jeff Bezos spills ketchup on his fresh new undershirt and that his yacht's hull is encrusted with a multitude of unsightly barnacles.

Cheaply made, individual lids won’t stay locked, tip it it get your morning pills and 3 days are all over the counter, I threw them in the garbage!
