Winsome Wood Jared Console Table, Espresso Finish

I liked the look of this table and was particularly drawn to it because of its dimensions, and how they meet my specifications. My table arrived today and I just finished building it. The sturdiness is good and what I expected for the price, the problem is that it is scuffed up in multiple parts. Most of them are in unoticable areas but a couple of them are on the top surface in the spot you would least want to see it. This table is not going to be used for show in my case so I don't care to much for the defects but for people who want to pay $80 for something nice that other people may see then be warned that it may have marks on it. Also the metal legs were a bit warped at the top where they meet the bottom side of the surface table, it wasn't to big a deal but not perfect.

I purchased this item to use in my rec room. I want to alert those of you looking for a 'Black' table. It is not black! I was a bit alarmed to find out the table is actually more of a deep dark brown (or dark expresso, perhaps?) in color. The top panel had some light scratches and hairline dings on it. One scratch appeared to have a bit of touch-up type finish paint (very noticeable at an angle in bright light) applied to it. Fairly easy to assemble, I found it to be quite sturdy. Minor flaws aside, it is a fairly handsome table for the price, I suppose. If I'd purchased in a store, I'd probably exchange for one without the scratches. Just be aware of the color.

My only complaint was one of the legs had a dent in it (I believe from delivery) but it was on the outside toward the wall under the bottom shelf so I just kept it. Looks nice and complements the other office furniture in the room. One reviewer stated that the legs were painted wood but they are metal. The laminate matched up unlike other reviews so I was pleased. The instructions suggested not fully tightening until it's assembled in order to adjust for a better fit, which I did.

My table arrived 2 days ago and was damaged. It really showed how poor the quality is. Think about it, a table this size with shipping weight of 31lb. How good can the quality be? Like other reviewers said, the frame looks painted on. A slight dent or scratch will easily chip away the paint. The frame arrived dented and there was no way I could piece it together. I had to ask for an exchange. I do like the way it looks. If no one observes it in detail it looks contemporary and nice. So I'm hoping the next shipment will come OK. It is easy to assemble.

This product looks nice and is easy to put together. I also purchased the Dining Set and another side table to max. After reading reviews I was nervous to purchase because others received a damaged product. This item was in perfect shape, but the other two items I ordered did have small issues (i.e. small crack on side of table). It's nice for the price!

What I dislike about the product is. The wood is cheap. When you sit something on it, it chips alittle bit and color comes off. Overall, I love the console table.

It is exactly as advertised - and what you would expect for the price. I wish the legs were chrome instead of painted sliver - but it is a minor issue and will not affect the utility of the piece.

Amazing product! Great instructions, packaging, construction, overall look and assembly (with the exception of added dificulty when screwing the side bars to the front and back of the top section due to the desing of the braket that holds the top and legs together). All in all: a great look for less.

product is good and solid no issue. Beware of the product title - it says black finish, but it is not. The actual color (which specifies in the finer print below is Espresso). Just saying incase you were expecting black.

This table came scratched on the underside and was touched up! I kept it nonetheless because it was very easy to assemble and even had leveling pads - my floor is very uneven! The panels are just hollow!

I love this shelf. I is perfect.

The price tag is high for the console table but it’s slick. Love it!

The quality was exactly as expected.The padding under the legs is adjustable, which is great for making the table steady.
