Is the handle all metal? Is it uncomfortable or too stiff because of the metal?

Hybrid design: inner aluminum-alloy core for strength and balance, wrapped in a silicone outer layer, gives you the rigid backbone of metal with the comfortable. The silicone layer acts as a shock absorber, reducing wrist fatigue during long sessions.

How do I adjust the rope length? Do I need a screwdriver?

It uses a tool-free self-locking mechanism: Pull out the old rope from the handle exit → align with the scale → push in to lock. No tools needed, ideal for quick adjustments at home.

Suitable for concrete/tiles? How noisy is it?

Any jump rope will be louder and wear faster on hard surfaces. To protect the rope and floor, we recommend using a jump rope mat or training on rubber/wooden flooring.

Does the silicone tear easily?

No. It’s a thick, compression-fit layer over the tube, designed for high-intensity daily use without tearing.

Can I use it on concrete?

es, but like any coated speed rope, rough surfaces (concrete/asphalt) will wear the coating faster. We highly recommend a jump rope mat or smoother flooring to maximize the life of the cable.
