I really like the quality and style of this Im not disappointed for the price and I think it really helps block the blue light during screen time or wear it to dim the room to help with natural melatonin and it helps on falling asleep quicker when you wear it 1 hour or2 hours before bedtime.

I love these glasses. They fit really well on my face and they stay up when I push them back on my head (convenient plus side). The style is cute and flattering. The lenses are a bit large but I like that it covers more of my view to reduce more blue light. The color change takes some getting used to but I’ve for sure noticed I fall asleep easier at night after wearing these to reduce the blue light in my home.

I don’t know if I’ve noticed a big improvement in sleep as science supports that less blue light in the evening can set our sleep and circadian rhythm. I can say though that putting these on in the evening I immediately feel less strain and stress on my eyes, which relaxes me. The glasses are comfortable and fit well. Plus they look cool.

Blocks out a crazy amount of blue light. Instant eye relaxation after a full day of staring at a screen. But the first time I wore these, I made a mistake of wearing them too early in the day, and it altered my mood for the worse. Blue light affects mood regulation, so it's seriously best to wear these only after sunset.

These glasses trick cataracts into thinking that i can see better!! --> like turning up the saturation when you edit a photo!!!...true story...LoL!!!

Great quality and comfortable. They WILL block out the blue light - entirely, it appears! Sometimes I have to remove them to really see what's on the TV screen, but they are effective in blocking out the blue. Comes with an adjustable strap, case, and cloths for cleaning. Very nice.

These work for blue light blocking. But, if you are using them inside in medium lighting (before bed) they are extremely dark. I could not use them for watching a movie on my tablet or doing crossword puzzles. They were too dark inside with evening lighting.

I got the pink pair, very subtle but impressive pulling it out of the package. I previously bought a pair that I returned because the quality was less than expected but this pair exceeded my expectations. The quality of the frame is very sturdy. It came with a cleaning cloth and storage case as well as a lanyard, that were super handy to have. The previous pair I'd returned had none of these extras & just came in a box. I look at a computer all day at work and often at home so I expect to wear these every day. I'll come back to give an update if I have any news otherwise that these don't live up to expectations. I highly recommend.
