ULBTER Screen Protector for Sony Alpha RX10 V A6700 A7C II A7CR [3+2Pack]

Very pleased with this screen protector. Followed included directions and it attached perfectly, no bubbles - except my placement was slightly off (completely my error) and it overhung one of the edges by about a millimeter. I was able to gently lift and reposition the screen protector, being super careful not to touch my camera screen or the sticky side of the screen protector in the process, and it reattached just as perfectly as it had the first time, not an air bubble in sight. My camera’s screen is crystal clear and well protected. Great value for the money, good durability and touch sensitivity, perfect fit for my Sony DSC RX10-IV, and the screen protector’s adhesion continues to be perfect despite having been removed, repositioned and reattached.

Securely packaged in a transparent, hinged, snap-closure plastic box, each of the three screen protectors in this ULBTER kit for Sony’s CyberShot DSC-RX100M7 is individually wrapped in a thin, form-fitting foam sleeve. Also in the kit are three sets of small wet (numbered “1”) and dry (”2”) wipes to clean the camera’s screen, three tacky stickers to lift off remaining dust particles and some guide stickers to aid in aligning the screen protector. An illustrated instruction sheet emphasizes the all-important process of REALLY cleaning the camera’s screen, and shows how to align and install the screen protector. It’s very simple and doesn’t take more than a few minutes. When I lowered the screen protector gently onto the camera, I could see the line of adhesion advancing across it from one side to the other. It was pretty cool. The mating surface has no air bubbles, voids or any other blemishes. The screen protector fits the camera screen so perfectly, and is so thin, that it’s hard to tell that it’s even there. I detected no effect on the brightness, sharpness or contrast of the display, and the icons, lines, text and images on the screen are as crisp as ever. Most importantly, the critical touch function works perfectly with the screen protector installed. And it's neat how fingerprints vanish quickly from its oleophobic surface. This ULBTER screen protector is a great add-on to a great camera, and a cheap way to protect your investment. It works exactly as advertised, and I unhesitatingly give it a five-star rating and my most enthusiastic endorsement.

This review is for use on a Sony A6400. Screen Protector - First off, it is glass and not TPU, so appreciate the accurate description. Second, the wipes and included guide stickers made a dust free install simple. I'd still recommend using a piece of scotch tape instead and hinge the entire short side of the protector; it'll make the install more precise. It adhered quickly and smoothly without creating many air bubbles. I had one close to the edge that I was able to work out. The touch screen still worked without any diminished sensitivity. The sizing is perfect and covers the whole plastic surface with maybe a fraction of a millimeter all around. This is more than enough to cover the actual LCD part of the screen which is much smaller since there's a large border. The hot shoe caps are great. This was actually the main reason for my purchase since we lost the OEM cap. I'm glad I found this bundle as the screen protectors are great too. The caps were of a softer rubber so it doesn't slide as smoothly when putting on, but not a huge deal. It doesn't provide tactile feedback of clicking in place, but you can't mess up just looking visually. Great bundle, don't hesitate to get this.

Fit my RX100VII perfectly. Screen is still as clear as new, and the touch function works perfect.

After installation, I tried out the camera setup on the field and eventually noticed a line across the corner of the screen. Upon closer inspection, I realized the screen protector had fractured. I believe I had placed the camera down on a hard object...the kind of thing that happens when you are rushing in a situation where the light is changing. I concluded that the screen protector DID ITS JOB...so glad it took the blow instead of the actual glass on the camera screen. The installation was easy and there were no issues with bubble. Removing the broken protector was also easy...I did it with just my fingers. I appreciate that it comes with 3 protectors for a very low cost. From my experience, I have to consider that glass is much more fragile than a plastic protector, so I think I still need to be careful when placing the camera down; OR, be more religious about turning the protector around (not leaving the screen exposed) so that it is not exposed to exterior elements.

I initially purchased the “ProOPTIC Glass Screen Protector” from Adorama at the price of $19.95, and then the “Vello LCD Screen Protector Ultra II” from B & H at the price of $24.95 for my RX100VII to protect the screen. I was thinking that since I was paying more, I’d be receiving a quality product. Boy was I wrong! Not only did the screen protector for both not properly cover the screen and leave exposed areas, but the microfiber cloth meant to clean the screen kept leaving tiny parts that would remain underneath the screen protector when installed and cause bubbles. The more you used the microfiber cloth, the more of those tiny dust-like parts of the cloth came off and it was impossible to install the protector without those things remaining underneath the screen protector. Both were a huge headache and needlessly over complicated. This order from Amazon was a perfect fit, leaving no exposed areas, and a quick and easy installation that doesn’t even appear to have a screen protector. Additionally, it comes with 3 but my first attempt went simple and successful. I felt compelled to write this review given my negative experience with the other 2. I generally don’t write many reviews.

Easy, works well, good price

First impression isn't the greatest, but ok in the end. It arrives well protected in a plastic container, but it is held closed by a simple piece of Scotch-like tape. There are 3 screen protectors included, plus 3 pairs of cleaning wipes. The pair of "wet" and "dry" cleaning wipes included are identical and neither is "wet" so you are really on your own to make sure your cameral screen is clean. No instructions are included, but it is pretty obvious what to do. The first screen protector I put on still had apparent bubbles under it, so I peeled it off and tried a second one. That one went on very smoothly and you could watch as the air bubbles dissipated out the edge...worked fine. There are some very small blemishes on the top of the protector, but you only see them when the camera is turned off so not a problem. The touch function works fine. The fit is good although you have to be careful when placing it...it doesn't slide when put in place. It seems to provide good protection and is firmly attached (but as I found with the first one I tried, you can peel it off easily when pulled up, so that is good.) It does not appear to impact the colors or sharpness of the photos seen on the screen. Not a perfect process, but I'm happy with it so far.

This protector was easy to fit, following the instructions in the box. A perfect fit for my camera with no bubbles and has not affected the touch screen function at all. The colours and sharpness remain perfect as well. It has been on my camera for many months now and is still as good as it was when I first fitted it. All in all a good value product.

Easy to install. Does exactly what I purchased it for. Fits perfectly. Highly recommend for the Sony RX100vii.
