Great quality
Love it. It came thicker than expected but when i tried it i loved it. Gave me like a nature wavy beach.

Not sure about the dual voltage part
This is a high quality curling iron, smooth surface and long barrel. It says that it is 110-220V, but in Dubai the range is 220-240V. According to ChatGPT, some irons can tolerate slight overvoltage like 230V, but this depends on the design and it may be damaging components internally or lead to fire. There is no information I can find online that supports IKV tolerates 230V or higher, so I am being cautious and using it on a step down transformer, where it works great (except that I have no mirror there :)). The power cord that comes with the iron is a North America plug.

es tan pesada y grande la tenaza que no agarra las mechas del cabello para hacer los rulos, el cabello se sale.

Heats up quickly and good for long hair. Get complements each time I use this for curls in my hair. No hair pull. Good iron quality and value for the money.

En mi opinión, la verdad es fácil de manejar, peroooo no se si lo esté haciendo mal, mi cabello es largo y no logro que me queden los rizos marcados, por más que deje bastante tiempo la pinza en mi cabello, me queda como si me lo hubiera planchado y luego pasado la rizadora. O sea el rizo me queda caído y el cabello liso 😑
