Very satisfied with the purchase. It is pure quality work, happy to recommend anyone. Absolute fun to play with family and friends. Kids love it and it’s keeping them away from consoles and tv.

Not too bad really. Generally quite sturdy and after a bit polish the playing surface is pretty good and perfectly playable given the price point. Years ago I played this on a very expensive set and this isn't too far away from that experience. The carrom men are a little rough around the edges but not too bad. The striker seems fine. The board edges did have some damage (see photos) but nothing too serious. The box was damaged a little on delivery so I'm guessing these scratches occurred during transit. Playability is unaffected by these as the main playing area is absolutely fine. The addition of a small bottle of powder is a nice touch (you'll need more soon though!) and the cases for the men and striker are handy. No complaints really, ever so slightly overpriced perhaps but what isn't these days. Generally quite happy with this board. Hours of fun!

bought as xmas present for my partner who loves billiards and pool and the like, and I am from south east asia and was talking about it to a friend and he overheard and really wanted to try playing it. received it well packaged and on time, actually already using it as we are expecting guests so wanted it ready. the board was well made and of good quality, the carroms and striker are standard to what i normally get in Asia, also comes with boric acid powder which is a step above what we use in Asia (which is baby powder, yes, we make huge dust clouds of it!) , the size of the board is great for beginners size. i also reccomend either buying the stand if you can afford, or get a small coffee table to put it on top of (we got one from the charity shop for £5, just for it) my partner is very impressed with it, and we have great fun with it already, and just 2 days in, this will definitely be a christmas favourite! reccomended to anyone who wants to try a new game :)

Bought this some time back, so that my boys cld play. As this more popular in South Asia, I wasn't sure if my boys would play after the novelty value wore off. It has been couple of years since, I bought this and I am glad to say that this carrom set has been put to good use and is popular with my boys as well as my friends. The board itself is well-made and finished. The pockets aren't flimsy nets and quite durable. I was skeptical about the amount of use it would get but this has seen several 'family times' now. All in all this is a great product. Definitely recommend.

Amazon. Good afternoon, This is written on behalf of both the purchaser and recipient in this case of a birthday present in the form of a Carrom board and pieces set. The item gives arise to both purchaser and more so the recipient; in fact a first time in some years of purchase of items through Amazon. The finish on the surface is quite acceptable; the same cannot be said of the underside. In two points nail ends/points were found to be protruding well beyond the board supporting framework. These nail pints did fair damage to a table top during the initial few hours of use, only discovered when moved to an even more vulnerable dining room table ,at which time the deep scratches were discovered. Literally grooved in with the nail points projecting below the Carrom board base surface. The is a request for the supplier, Uber Games, to be made aware of this and to suggest some form of satisfactory compensation for the recipient of a birthday present to also make good a large oiled wooden surface damage by poor workmanship and proper inspection of the item prior to package and dispatch. Quite well made. Arrived well protected in a lot of packaging. Good purchase. The ony downside is I'm struggling to get the hang of it ha ha ha

This board is a good size, the carrom men slide across board nicely when it has a little powder- comes with powder and spare men. I’m a beginner (I got this as my partner and her family are Sri Lankan and loved playing it at home). I found the large size and small pocket hole quite difficult at first as a beginner (I haven’t played on others for comparison so I’m unsure if this is normal) but if I had the option of getting a smaller board or one with bigger pockets I would stick to this board as it’s a small learning curve, just a little practice and the larger board makes it easier for having space for people to sit around and if we bought a smaller one it wouldn’t be long until we wanted to upgrade to one of the size. I’m really happy with this board. I took a risk in just randomly buying one that looked ok, turns out I was lucky that it is a decent board.

This product is not a cheap purchase but worth every penny, strong and well made. I hope to be using it in many years to come.

Quality of the board is poor. The borders form dent when you hit harder with striker.
