Simple my opinion but this product match and cover all my need supplying all the benefits I do need to be well hydrated to minimize my “ Charley horses “ energy o my legs … off course on top of all the water I do drink on my daily basis …

I like the idea of these, but I wish they had some sort of a coating to make them more slippery and easier to swallow. They’re not that big, they’re just too dry. I’ve tried breaking them in half, but then I can feel the sharp edges of the break in my throat. And they’re still stuck. Hydration and electrolytes are important.
