they worked good just the capsule is quite large for me to swallow. i have used them up until a week ago when i found the gummies much easier to take. but i did use the capsu;les for over a year to help me sleep.

I gave this product 4 stars for several reasons. I liked that it has 5 different types of magnesium. I also have taken other magnesium products and some of which do not have the same mg, this one has 500mg of magnesium per 2 capsules, as it states extra strength, which I agree. I also felt that it did the work for me, with feeling less body aches. Another thing I liked is that it provided a 60 day supply. Lastly the capsules made it easier to swallow than tablets, but are still a little big in size so just be careful. Over all the product was great!

I finally stopped taking the sleep pill sleep aid over-the-counter pills. Now I take melatonin and two magnesium, and it seems to help a lot. The magnesium is supposed to help your muscles relax and help you feel more calm. I don’t feel a major change, but I definitely am getting enough sleep at night and I’m happy I bought these. This is my second bottle.

Well made magnesium supplement.

Probably fine for most but I'm highly allergic to stearic acid. It's not listed anywhere on the label, but I broke out in an itchy rash when I took it. Stop taking and the itching rash went away. Started again and rash came back. They need to add "stearic acid" to the ingredients.
