Person who think about in these range of tws choose any tws rather than sony wf1000xm5, I told you by my experience and waste of money buying this tws. I never ever recommend to anyone to buy sony Call quality :- worst quality even person who talking on the other side they didn't hear anything with tws even sound muffled through these sony tws wf1000xm5, there's also have option to cut the muffled options still, it won't work. And our own voice double during calling. Evenif they were said best anc in market.. yes I agree but "Best anc from in ranking, if ranking goes to 1st to 1000 than I ll give you 1001 ranking is for sony wf1000xm5" Value :- if you get 2k to 3k you can buy for song listening purpose without activated anc.. because anc didn't work ever. If you seating in room with active anc you can still hear sound of your fan running worst part you can still hear sound of you wall clock running.. Respond from amazon :- I bought online through amazon I get product with 2 days and I requested to amazon in 1st day to received product for return product n give me money back. Policy change they can't accept the return at all.. Even they told you to go to service center and service center gives denied later than 1% chance to your product return accept but that all process with in week done than they Respond you in positive way ... That's not gone happened.. Chances are 0% to get return your product. Respond from sony center :- First of when go to service center explained the entire scenario They didn't except product in these product... I explained them anc not working properly n call sound muffled and extra environmental come out through sony wf1000xm5 They didn't accept. After 1hr of argument they ready to observe product. They take 26th day to observe product than after they called me and collect the product.. They were said we replace eartips with silicone tip, so that's product not occurred.. I was said i didn't accept the product., give me denied later. Again they were said to me give me 2- 3 days I ll check new product for you to check.. They called me after 10days. Said we have brand new product For to check. I was reach the sony center and check brand new product same problem with my tws. That's means entire line up faulty/worst product.. I didn't accept product. I listened to them I have oneplus earbud pro worth rs 8k. I just check to them just check anc compared to sony product.. They were said it's different product may be slighter extra worked anc .. I didn't accept the product and I run out the store. Again sony service , a'bad Calling me and talking to me sony service center head technician said,. Your product way better than sony wf1000xm5 in calling- anc.. I have recording of that conversation.. Sony technician accept that. Still i don't any choice rather than accepting my product. Entire lineup failed product.. Again I share my experience and I spend 21k in these tws not to buy... All youtube video is paid not don't trust on them.

Fit is NOT good. Falls out often. Audio quality is decent. Nothing exceptional. Mic is okayish. Airpods pro 3 are far better. In every aspect ! Just the sound is a personal choice. I found the airpods a little shrill, for my liking ! These are definitely not worth this price. Go for Bose instead.

Simple and Straight reviews Great Battery quality Base is really punch and is of high quality, base could be adjusted for everyones taste. Infact great sound customisation. Not your typical silicone bud tips, tips are too comfortable even after long usage there is no irritation in ears. I cant stop repeating how good the sound quality is. Connectivity is quick and stable, even this can be customised to whether have a stable connection or prefer sound quality. As i said pretty much everything can be customised. Prefect fit. Touch control are precise. And whatever features it says it has, works appropriately. Really loved the built in alexa feature as well

Coming from sony wf 1000xm3, these earphones feel disappointing. Xm3 were great pair of earphones and I loved them very much and based upon that experience I decided to continue with sony. However after using these earphones I am quite disappointed. The noise cancellation is not as good rather feel underwhelming. The comfort is straight up bad, the foam tips are a disaster. The quality of the case is also okayish but feels cheap. On the upside there is only that the sound quality is actually very good and that has taken a step up. Compared to xm3 these earphones are compact and lightweight. Honestly, in my very fair opinion don't put your money on these earphones since you can get better pairs in the same price range from Bose or Sennheiser.

los compré en febrero del 2024, la verdad la calidad de audio me parece fenomenal y tienen la mejor cancelacion de ruido activa que yo haya experimentado en unos audifonos asi de compactos, acaban de sobrevivir que se me quedaron en un uniforme y los meti a la lavadora, despues de secarlos y cargarlos completamente siguen funcionando de maravilla, super recomendados

Sound quality is phenomenal, but you have ensure they sit securely inside your ear, and gap will severely affect the noise cancelling and sound quality. THey have worked well on runs, rides, and in the gym. So overall great product.
