This filter fit in the 2012 Smart 451 owned by my parents. Car only has 26K on the odometer. Doesn't get used much by my parents who are both retired. Tricky part to installing this under the drivers side and towards the center of the console area. Once I got into position, was easy to remove the old filter and swap in the new filter. Much cheaper than taking it to the MD dealer to do the service.

It's a good filter. It's very hard to access the old one and install the new one but that is a problem with smart car
