The treadmill is fit for purpose, well packaged and easy to use. Noise level is minimal and I can say that it is worth the pay. I can select my work out plans easily from the programs available. It was also delivered on time. It meets my expectations.

I'm impressed with this treadmill it's strong and good size and functions well no issues,just squeaks and slight hissing sound when walking but probably as its still quite new.Overall good product would definitely recommend,delivery was on time and assembly too.Good value for money and it has a safety cord too.The various speeds are good for me too and the folding and wheels function makes it easy to move around.

I purchased this item from the seller. The running machine was amazing and of good quality. I encountered a problem with E20 and contacted them directly and the my resolved the issue without any hassle. Very prompt, professional people who offer a great service and products. I would definitely recommend these guys as the belt length is of good size unlike other sellers and alternetive machines.

Pushed up the budget and got this a bit after the first treadmill I bought broke within a couple of months. This one is going well and is a better quality build. It's quiet and easy to use, has a powered incline and Bluetooth connectivity so it can engage with an app to upload preset and customised sessions. Other than the quiet noise levels and ability to connect to set routines, I like that it has a few preset speed and incline options for speeding up or slowing down faster. They can't be custom set, but they're still handy to have. The belt seems to be of good quality and setting it up didn't take long. Some downsides I've discovered however: - the app it connects to uses mph, and I haven't found a way to change it, but the machine controls are all in kph. This can make it a bit time consuming if making up your own routines if you have to convert when setting speeds. - even without an incline, the belt does sit naturally on a very slight uphill. - there is a stop and a start button but no pause, like my first machine. This annoyingly means that short of using the app every time which I find fiddly, there is no way of preserving your stats from a run on the screen once the belt stops running. It clears everything as soon as you stop. - when setting up the machine, we had to use a fair bit of pressure to get the bolts into place holding the control bar, and the Allen key provided did not have a shorter side which meant it got stuck and had to be reinserted every rotation. - the delivery was meant to be guaranteed for a certain day, but it missed that date. I was later informed it was delayed, and the company then updated my amazon order page to say they thought it was lost. Thankfully it arrived, but perhaps not the most reassuring service. - in terms of value for money I'm no expert on treadmills. It has powered incline and what seems to be a good motor, but I got it when it was on offer and even that was more than I really wanted to put into this. Mostly I miss a pause option where I can keep my stats on the screen and choose when to clear it.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! Not only is this the best treadmill I have owned ,(with the exception of a drinks holder) the customer service is outstanding and that is an understatement!!! This is my story - I managed to drop my water bottle which fell onto the belt and in turn also got into the control board, as this was totally my fault I contacted the company and asked for the cost of a new control board, they immediately replied and explained that along with the control board it would also require a new motor and they would send them out asap- free of charge ( remember this was my mistake) It took a while to arrange as the parts had to be made, and due to this inconvenience they sent me a £50 Amazon voucher!!!!!!! Anyway they received the parts a couple of months later, but damaged, they then contacted me to ask if I can wait or if I’d like a new treadmill, my response was one of patience as the circumstance were out of our control, I had a reply the same day to say as I’d been so understanding they would send me a new treadmill which subsequently arrived the next day. I am so thankful for their service and understanding I would not only recommend this a a product but also as a company -they are faultless.

I opted for this treadmill out of all the ones I looked into because it looked solid, sturdy n well made. It also ticked the boxes of having an auto incline (I didn't want to faff around manually changing settings) it also took a heavy weight, so would be good for all family members n had a high horse power. The other positive I was drawn to was good after sales service reviews. I did encounter issues over delayed delivery, but that is understandable given the time of year (black friday). These logistical issues were soon resolved. The customer care team i have to say were exceptional. They were extremely prompt in getting back to me n resolving the issues more than satisfactorily. A product is only as good as its after sales support. I have to say, customer care at Decorcn was exceptional. That in itself would make me not hesitate in opting for one of their products again.

Hi. For many years, I have toyed with the idea of getting myself a treadmill. At last I decided to take the plunge, and in September of last year, I bought this treadmill. I must alert all readers to the fact that I am a blind person, so I knew that this purchase could be a tricky one. The treadmill arrived, and it was installed for me by Amazon home services. The home services people are the best, and they did a brilliant job, considering that these machines are really heavy until they are put on tto their wheels. Anyway, I got the treadmill going. This did come with one real hassle. The screen with the functions is a touch screen, so I had to get bumpon tactile buttons to be able to use the treadmill ithout sighted assistance. One of my friends came round, and she put the buttons on to the screen for me. These buttons are freely available from Amazon and also from the Rnib. After a few false starts, I am now happily walking upon my treadmill. I still have to exercise some care ith the buttons in case the treadmill decides to take off a speed, but it is a fantastic machine. Even when the rain pours down, or the weather is unpleasant out of doors, I can go for a walk. I am in seventies, so, I don't use the treadmill for running, but I go for a walk at any speed that I choose. For blind people who can't get out, this a grate form of exercise, although, nothing is as good a s walk in the fresh air, but an excellent second best. I will conclude by saying that the seller's customer service department gave me a very good service.
