Ok, but not really my cup of tea
I bought this tea to try to help with acid reflux caused by erosive gastritis, as my usual cuppa, peppermint, can apparently make symptoms worse. This tea tasted ok but it's not really for me and I didn't notice it making much difference to my symptoms. For that, I would recommend prescription drugs.

Health benefits- it helped ease my acid reflux. Value for money. Quality-teabag a bit flimsy Ideas - I brought some re-useable teabags and placed the teabag in one, it lasts long .

Nice tasting good quality and my heartburn is better
I’ve been having this tea at night whenever I remember. You can use each teabag up to three times which I think is great. And I love that that’s written on the box. I’ve never seen that anywhere else. My heartburn has gotten much better and the tea tastes nice especially with some honey so I highly recommend it. I’m not sure if this alone cured my heartburn because I’ve taken other natural measures as well but it definitely can’t hurt.
