Not intuitive at all.
Overly complicated and extremely unintuitive.I purchased this to simplify our system and increase productivity but it has slowed us down by at least 50%.The homepage looks like a preschool reader and to build a new work order you have to start by entering the customer information in a small box over halfway down the page.I admit that I haven't doesn't a lot of time learning the system, but that's because I was told how simple and intuitive it was.We are the busiest shop in our field for literally 100+ miles in any direction and I don't have time to spend hours studying like I'm back in college or high school, especially when I'm going to have to train employees as well.

Just terrible
Easily the most glitchy pos system I've ever used. Decently tech savvy, but I've been running into constant problems with the software at 3 locations I purchased it for. I've been actively trying to fix one system for almost a week. I've called 4 separate times, each time the wait time to speak to a person is 100 plus minutes. So I'm assuming everyone is having the same issues. I highly doubt I will ever use this again.
