The media could not be loaded. This is a convenient little washer. I got blue and the color is sparkly and cute! I live in an apartment and it's right at home. My clothes smell extra clean! The only con is that you do have to refill the water by yourself after it drains for rinsing. The hook up you'll need a tap instead manual sink because it won't hook up. Be sure to not overfill it it's only 7.7 lbs just so the base can stay balanced. It definitely has a great spin cycle and my clothes feel really dry and not super damp. Super cool!

This portable washing machine is very useful. It's beautifully made and easy to use. I think it's a good product.

It washes good but u have go back and check load size or it goes back to 1 instead of 3 you put it on

I love the color and I know it’s a good product, but I’m terribly disappointed that there are large streaks in the paint and the operating panel is scratched. I’ve gotten rid of the box and can’t return it. I’m trying to contact the company.
