I discovered Thorne Research by accident, and one of the few companies with good backing as a pharmaceutical. As too many companies on amazon are just repacked vitamins from poor quality control factories in china - but not thorne research.I use Thorne Research B complex as part of my hair growth regimen my acupuncturist prescribed - along with Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week, scalp massage daily, and collagen supplement daily. It helped me transform my hair, but also skin and my mood - as apparently B vitamins are essential if you have stress (and who on earth doesnt have stress in today's time) so it acts like a buffer.I would highly recommend this supplement merely because their quality control is better than others, but always do your own research, as with time, companies can change their methods, so always double check.
