Handy Vegetable Chopper, Very Versatile Kitchen Tool
The media could not be loaded. I remember back to the days when State Fairs had large exhibit halls with a lot of gadgets and gizmos that were supposed to make your life so much better - and a big part of that was kitchen tools. This product was reminiscent of those days and so I wanted to give it a try!This package comes with a LOT of accessories including blades, a peeler, and a "gripper" to hold what you are cutting when using the mandolin blade. The whole thing feels a little flimsy, though. It was somewhat simple to determine how to use it and it so far has been very effective in doing the tasks we have thrown at it. It's somewhat easy to clean (but a lot of care is required - sharp blades!) and doesn't take up a lot of storage space.At the price point, this is a great tool to have in your kitchen. However, my hopes for longevity only align with the fact that we only use this on occasion. If it were a daily use item, I would definitely think it would have lived its useful life by now - it just doesn't have a solid feel to it.

Makes cooking easy
It makes prepping and cooking so easy. It is a bit hard to clean because the food that was chopped kind of get stuck in the square parts! But I really like it!

Easily modified
Bought three of these. Abbreviated the bars to make dish holder drying rack in half-sink side. Also as cleaning rack. Many leftover bars and ends for other projects.

It works amazing! I couldn’t believe how fast it chopped onions! Way faster than the old fashioned way. The only downside is cleaning it. I have found the best way is to give it a quick scrub and throw it in the dishwasher….. problem solved! I would recommend it!

Easy to use
Makes my life so much easier. Buy vegetables, chop them up, freeze. Always have good vegetables in my freezer.
