one picture shows a girl with brown skin but others don’t. Please can you confirm if she is included or not?

Hi - we have recently updated our Dressing Up Bath Stickers to include one of the dolls with darker skin. However, due to the way Amazon works with how they consolidate other sellers' stock, we can't 100% guarantee you will receive the latest updated stock. If you specifically wanted one of the dolls with the darker skin, and you do not receive it - please get in touch with us directly (NOT via amazon) and we will send a replacement. Contact us via our website - Buddyandbarney (dot com)

Do they stick on wall panels instead of tiles?

They have to be wet to stick onto bath and tiles. Depends what the wall panels are made of. If they are the shiny plastic type, i think they would stick
