Seemed well built at first but the straps that hold the surface on are coming apart really fast. It is not very durable.

There is total assembly required. It's hard - you need a partner to help. First, when I started putting the frame together, I realized that I received two pieces that would not fit together like the others. So I had to involve my father-in-law (he has the tools) to "crimp" one end so it would fit into the other end properly. When that was successful, on to the bungee cords. Which are fantastic once it's assembled, but it's a killer getting there. I recommend wearing gloves when pulling the cords. My hands were killing me by the end. Husband got involved. It was a scene. But we did it and I love it! It's so quiet and sturdy and fun! Great workout!!

I received none of the assembly hardware. No screws, no bolts, nothing but what is pictured.EDIT: the seller reached out to me and explained that the model I purchased does not need screws, etc despite it being listed in the parts list. I had already sent it back by then so I’m adding 2 more stars for lovely customer service.

Looks fun and sturdy but one of the base brackets is missing the rubber foot so is uneven.Update: After just posting this review I was promptly contacted by the seller who was more than willing to help me with this or any other issue and to make sure I was 100% satisfied with their product. I received the part free of charge and in a timely manner. I strongly recommend this company and a big thanks to Milka who followed up this matter until delivery. Thank you!
