The tablet died after 7 months--Having trouble getting a refund from Manufacturer
I bought this May 14,2023. I started having battery and software problem August 2023 and emailed the manufacturer since the Assurion policy did not cover the issues. I was assured by the manufacturer that Android 13 release would stop all the issues. That release kept getting delayed because the manufacturer told me that the updates failed in test. I had an email stream with the manufacturer. Then December 6,2023 the tablet died. Either the power supply or the power switch went dead. I have written to them but have not gotten a response. I have asked for a refund, but no one has responded. I will update when they take action. It would have been a great tablet if it worked.

Not Impressed
I'm not crazy over the product quality. Material is very poor quality. On the first day of use it got scratched. I wouldn't buy again and do not recommend.
