Smooth flavor, great price
Coffee beans come in a variety of flavor profiles, and this particular dark roast from Amazon is on the upper edge mild. It's not acidic or bland, but it's smooth and not overpowering. Once you start adding syrups and other flavorings to your coffee, it really doesn't matter the quality of bean. But, I drink my coffee black and this dark roast has consistently been one of my favorites.

Exactly as described. 3-12oz bags,a set of whole bean Sumatra coffee to grind.i make between 4-6cuod a day between me&the hubs. This amazon essentials sumatra bags are great-comparable to 'SB' sumatra,but more affordable. the beans smelled fresh and tasted great. You can either use in a traditional brew basket or in your French press. Herbally tasting &Delicious.

I can’t say I’m some great coffee connoisseur, but I do like good coffee-Sumatra is a fave- and these beans are fresh and I’ve enjoyed the strong coffee I make with them. I appreciate that they are organic for a good price in

If you aren't a coffee snob and primarily use creamer in your coffee, these beans are great and affordable. I've repurchased so many times.

Not bad but a bit harsh
This was OK. I bought because *bucks was gotten too expensive. This is somewhat harsher than *bucks, which has a slightly creamier, caramel taste to it. I don't think it is the roast level so it is probably the beans. I'm going to try some of the other Amazon varieties (and maybe blend those beans with the Amazon Sumatra).
