Oh My - this product is fantastic! It was so easy to set up. Just unbox, place on table, remove the rubber stopper, and you are off to get to work! Since I have only had the desk for 24 hours, it is hard to judge how it will actually work out for me. Since I work from home periodically, I needed one of these similar to the one I have in my office. So far, so good. Seems to be pretty sturdy, and the elevation mechanism seems pretty simple and works well. Will update my review once I have used this for a while.

My wife has a Veridesk in her office and has been encouraging me to get one to help with my back pain from sitting all day, but I could not justify the expense. When I shopped for an alternative on Amazon, I found several. In comparing features and price I decided on the Updesk and I could not be more pleased. It is exactly as described and I would not change a thing. Highly, highly recommended..

Love this desk. Doesn't overtake my main desk but big enough for 2 monitors and a keyboard. Really does help to be able to stand up from time to time and the price was just as good!

You wouldn't believe how many years i've wanted a work surface like the updezk. Stores never seem to carry work surfaces that can go up and down according to my needs. I've been using boxes, stepstools, anything balanced to elevate my work station. One evening I noticed someone using a different product for laptops. That got me searching amazon until I found the updezk. I love it!!!! My only issue is that it is heavy for me (i've got a bad back) My intent is to travel around the house with it. Use it in the kitchen, on various tables, and in the home office on the desk. So i was a little surprised by its weight. That said, its still wonderful. I'm grateful that someone has created a product that can be put on a table, counter, desk, etc. that rises and drops according to my needs to stand or sit. Although your description says that one could "travel" with it, I would not recommend that. It would require a very large suitcase and takes half your weight allowance.
