When you move from a hot climate to a cold climate you miss having a good sweat. This is perfect to lay back and relax in, I suggest putting a towel around to the opening to help keep the heat in, it warms up faster that way. I like the timer setting because I easily lose track of time. It's a good size and easy to fold up and store.

Has been perfect and well made. Easy to wipe down and clean. Simple to function.

I was a tad skeptical when I ordered this and yet again when I got in it the first time and probably then for another 15 minutes. But once I decided to move the towel I was laying on up around my neck hole it locked in the heat and out came the sweat. I got the bag up to 167°. I sat in it for 40 minutes. When I got out I had easily a cup and a half of sweat in the bag. Even my forehead was sweating out of the bag.Overall I think this thing is a little pricey. It does the job though and if you are looking for an economical way to sweat at home this is a great option for you.

DO NOT BOTHER buying! It takes a long time to warm up so I didn’t use it as often is like. And once it does warm up, the controller gets very hot and doesn’t allow you to turn it off. And after a few uses, some of the zipper teeth broke so now I can’t even close it around me. No customer service to speak of, I messaged them with no response.

This is like having a spa at home, on my own couch. It feels comfortable and healing and much easier to use than a portable sauce, less messy and easier to put away. Great for everyone but more so to help with sore muscles, body pain, tension, and anxiety. I highly recommend this.

I purchased this "sauna blanket" thinking it had to be like a heating pad and that assumption was correct!Think of this sauna blanket as a full body heating pad.This heated blanket is wonderful for full body aches and pains!Pros:- Range of heat runs from toasty warm up to OMG I'm sweating my butt off!- Timer has a great range of times from a short few minutes to over an hour!- You don't have to zip it completely closed. It will function as a large blanket or zipped shut like a sleeping bag.Cons:- full vinyl\plastic like material can be uncomfortable with direct skin contact. But if you're using it at higher temperature you will sweat! Easy cleaning with this material, use a sheet or clothing you're comfortable sweating in if you're using as a sauna\exttene high temps.- control box does get rather hot when running at higher temps which does concern me when running at max temperature and maximum timer settings.Overall:Heavenly bliss! Get one! Great for workout recovery, arthritis aches and pains, injuries that are soothed by heat. It's simply wonderful! I love mine!

I just love sauna blankets. This one is perfect it’s light weight and it’s very easy to store away. The remote you not only to control the temperature/heat level but set a timer to remind you how long to to stay in the blanket. The one thing I would recommend is placing a dry towel on the inside to catch the sweat and moisture while using the blanket.
