Not very light.
While okay overall, it doesn't feel very light on my skin despite being positioned as a gel for oily skin (my case). Leaves the film sensation for a while after application.

Great for oily skin but not hydrating enough for dry skin
Had to use a moisturizer for my oily skin however since I’m on acne medication and my skin is a bit dry it seems to be insufficient for hydration.

My skin feels amazing with this! I stumbled upon this brand & decided to give it a try, I was skepticle because I haven't had luck in the past with other brands. But this....this stuff is amazing & I will forever be buying The Ordinary everything! My skin feels more hydrated & acne is almost non existant now. My face feels so soft & moisturized when using this. It's not heavy, or oily, & lasts all day-literally!!
