Backs won't fall off or poke you
My are pierced 5 times. 4 on the lobes and sides, and once on the cartilage. So, this was perfect for me. The backs of the studs actually screw on, so there is no jabbing of the neck/head and no losing the backs.The one issue I have is with the hoops. My lobes are not skinny, they are full. The hoops have to be worn higher up the earlobe.Note; the pretty purplish earring is not part of the set.

The backs are not a good design
But the sizes being bigger make them easier to screw on than the super tiny ones we got.They don't irritate our ears. My daughter can handle more metals than I can but she's still sensitive. We discovered titanium works for us when we switched our nose piercings to it. They wouldn't heal and after switching no irritation bumps. Same with our ears. Just as I get older they seem to be more less tolerate to other metals even hypoallergenic.Everything gets caught on the backs of these. I thought the flat backs would be better but maybe they should click in instead of screw in.

Earring backs are hard to get tight, fall off easily
I did not have a problem getting the backs on, however it was difficult to get the back tight, and so after one day I have already lost one of the middle size.Otherwise, I like the style, the short post length is nice for me, I always have the back sticking way out of my ears and so these are nice on that end.

No reaction
So far so good. My wife reacts to certain low quality earrings and these have not given her any.
