I have wireless GC controllers for my switch and wanted to get back into GameCube gaming, but couldn't find my wavebird. After some googling this little device came up so gave it a try and it is AWESOME. The ONLY reason I did not give it is that it "goes to sleep" or something if you arent using it for a few minutes. I do not have this issue with my switch and the same controller so it is not an issue with the controller. It has only disconnected on me once while using it for about 24 hours of use, the rest was just me pausing and walking away and coming back and having to repair the controller.It also has a weird signal interference issue, but that is an issue with the bluetooth standard and not the device. If you get another device, like a phone, between your controller and the receiver it will lag or miss input. Line of sight is best and it is super low latency.Strongly recommend this over the other adapters on the market. This allows me to much more cleanly mix the wired and wireless controllers in my environment.

I like it for the most part. My only dislike is that the controls are all scrambled. I can't use just the basic GameCube controls on my Wii. Is there any way to set the basic controls?

Unfortunately, it just doesn’t turn on. Read through the instructions and just couldn’t find a way to make it work. It’s very unfortunate, as I’m not a very big fan of the GC controller and wanted to use a controller I consider much better. Plugged this in, just doesn’t turn on. It’s very loose in the connector port, which is probably why.
