Nice product but crompton starter's stop button not working properly

Do NOT waste your money on Crompton’s product ! I purchased their electric pump just six short months ago, and it's already completely dead. Six months! That is an absolutely unacceptable lifespan for a product like this, especially considering the price. I relied on this pump, and now I'm left high and dry with a broken piece of junk. This speaks volumes about the terrible quality and durability of Crompton's products. Save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable brand. Even I suggest you to go with any cheap brand they can also give you better products than this fragile piece of junk.And i had tried multiple times to connect with CUSTOMER CARE but everyone behaved rudely with customers and now I am going to purchase another product after wasting my money and time with lots of hope of proper support

It has a very great suction power and very low noise. I bought this because I'm facing very very low water pressure on my municipal pipeline, had normal 1HP water pump at home but it wasn't doing very well due to low water pressure. So, bought this beast and it's working well as per my expectations, water flow is awesome even in low water pressure and it's noise levels are also surprisingly lower than the regular home water pumps. Go for it if you are facing similar issues. Just keep in mind that this water pump is big and heavy compared to regular water pumps we us at home. A bit pricey but worth the money.
