I miss the sauna so much and talk about it quite frequently, almost 2 times a week actually. So when I saw this I had to know if it could offer the same relaxation and benefits as an actual suana. Happy to say that it absolutely does. I laid in this for 40 minutes on 136 degrees and it was relaxing and comfortable. I put on a movie and laid there in my bed sweating until it turned off and I felt fantastic afterward. You can't sweat through the product so no worry about that, the product is very easy to clean when needed, and it cools very quickly so you can fold it up and put it away soon after using. It heats up at a nice steady pace to ease you into the heat instead which I really appreciated and the controls are very easy to use. I would highly recommend this, and have actually been recommending it.

I’ve used this thing less than 10 times since I bought it. The top of the blanket stopped heating, which makes it a dud. I’m also past the return period. So. It’s just money wasted.

I recently got the Mooawa Infrared Sauna Blanket, and it's been quite the experience. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to set up straight out of the box. It's been fantastic for detox sessions, and the heat wraps around you in a comforting embrace. The temperature range is impressive, going from 77 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit, which means you can find the perfect heat level for your comfort. The addition of caps sleeves kept my arms free, so I could still read a book while I enjoyed the warmth, a smart touch in my opinion. However, it's not all perfect. The material, while smooth, feels a bit thin, and I worry about its durability over time, especially with regular use. Also, the remote controller, though functional, seems somewhat basic and could be more intuitive. Despite these points, it's been a worthwhile purchase, turning my home into my personal spa retreat.

This is listed as an infrared sauna yet there are no lights which is what an infrared sauna is as far as I know. This is a heating sauna blanket. The blanket got up to 180 degrees inside as expected which I was able to test with an infrared temperature gun. The hood attachment was a little challenging to figure out how to put on as the instructions have no pictures just words and they don't describe how to attach the hood. After a little bit of playing I found that the velcro attaches such that the hood folds over. At first I thought the blanket was flipped wrong. Once we got the blanket setup I climbed inside. It is hard to zip up once you get in, a lot of flipping and twisting to get the zipper up to your shoulder unless you have someone help you pull the zipper up and around the corner to your shoulder. The arm holes were nice allowing the hands to be free, there is little to no heat to the arms since this is a nylon material with no heating elements. Arms have to be inside to get heat. Note that the controller got up to 126-150 degrees on the back side during use. The controller allows for time sittings from 30 minutes up to 60 minutes in 5 minute increments. The heating controll starts at 113 degrees and increments in 9 degree increments, so next is 122, 132, and so on up to 176 degrees. The ad says 18 degree increments. Overall the blanket is nice but a little challenging unless you have help using it.

Great sauna blanket. Doesn't take long to heat up. Provides great detoxification. Helped with all my sore muscles.

I suffer from chronic pain auto immune disorder. I have often wanted a giant heating pad and when I saw this, I thought this was my opportunity to get something that might help.It heats up fast and the heat seemed to be even throughout. As with anything like this, make sure you check with your physician if you have medical conditions.It is not a cure all, but it really helps on my hard days. For me it was worth the price.

This is a decent sauna blanket. It’s not the best quality, but it works well. It is easy to use and it’s easy to store as well. It is compact and it doesn’t take up much room. It is relaxing and I prefer it over sitting in a sauna at the gym and I can’t afford a sauna at home, so this is the perfect solution. It is relaxing and it heats up pretty quickly. I don’t any infrared lights, but other than that it’s just as described.
