Really Impressed!
I hardly ever leave reviews, but I was truly impressed with this product and with their customer service. First off, on the product... the trampoline is built really well, with great quality and thoughtfulness. Every piece fit together perfectly, and the design of the trampoline is great. The padding on the outer rim fully covers the springs, and the way the different materials fully wrap around and underneath is really a great design. The safety net is also very well thought out. You can just tell that it won't sag over the years or get blown around - everything is tight and lines up well as it should.I did have one very minor issue with the trampoline. The poles for the safety net clamp to the legs of the trampoline with 2 clamps per leg/pole set. The clamps are like a large U-shaped clamp with a spacer to go between the 2 round posts (1 leg & 1 safety pole), with 2 wing nuts on the end. Unfortunately, my trampoline was missing one of these. Since this is basically like the last step of the construction, I simply clamped the last post to the leg with only 1 clamp, which really was fine for the approx. 2 weeks it was like this - the tightness of the net and great design didn't make this unsafe by any means.I contacted Zupapa the next day on Sunday 12/26 (Xmas present for the kiddos), explaining the situation, and I was really shocked to have gotten a reply from Betty with their team later that night - the day after Christmas, on a weekend night! After a couple emails back and forth, she sent 2 replacement clamps to me on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday for most businesses). She was super friendly, helpful, my only contact throughout the entire resolution process, and she even followed up on Wed, Jan 5, after the package showed "delivered" online just to make sure I really did get it. The parts I received were exact replacements for the one I was missing - again, I was sent two even though I only needed one. What a small, thoughtful, cheap way to ensure I get what I need - something a lot of companies wouldn't do nowadays.Truly great customer service, and a really great product. Very impressed!

Great product
We purchased this trampoline a few years ago and recently had to replace the safety net. Betty at Zupapa was great to work with, the process was simple, and we received the replacement very quickly. The grandkids are back to having a great time using the trampoline daily.

Great Trampoline with the Best Customer Support
We have had this trampoline for several years and are extremely happy with it. It is sturdy and good quality.Last year we needed to reach out to customer support to order a new safety net and the safety net support poles due to Hurricane Ian damage. The trampoline itself held up extremely well during the storm but due to our several hours of prolonged Cat 4 winds, the wind pressure on the safety net caused the poles to bend. Their customer support is absolutely amazing. They are extremely quick to respond and go out of their way to help. In this case, they were able to send me the replacement parts at a discounted rate with free shipping.I recently reached out to them to get some replacement springs due to some rust issues. Again, this trampoline is several years old at this point and withstands the extreme Florida weather well. Rusting eventually is to be expected. I reached out to Customer Support again to order replacement springs. Again, they responded very quickly and sent me the replacement parts quickly at no charge. Not only do I recommend the trampoline itself, I recommend this company. I will gladly order from them again in the future.

Great quality trampoline and excellent customer service!!!!
This is a great quality trampoline. It has excelled in both US and European safety ratings, which cannot be said for all trampolines on the market. It is easy to assemble, incredibly sturdy, and the springs are covered by a thick waterproof material that is attached to the trampoline fabric itself, which goes over the springs and can be tied onto the metal itself, so it makes it safer against any unwanted accidents of hands or feet getting caught in the springs because they are fully covered. It also comes with a very well designed mesh safety net. Additionally, this company has excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered the 12FT trampoline first and reached out to customer service to ask about replacement. Pearl, the customer service agent who was working on behalf of Overwhelming, was incredibly friendly, and quick to respond and help organize the exchange and return shipment process with prepaid shipping labels. Now, we've set up the 15FT and it is perfect! I've shared some pictures here. I love this trampoline and I would 100% recommend choosing Zupapa for its high quality, high safety ratings, and excellent customer service!!

My son enjoys it
I got this for my son on his 15th birthday. He's had a mini trampoline for years, and he wanted a bigger one. I can't really say how easy it was to set up, because a couple of friends did it for me. They had actually set the same brand up before, so they knew what they were doing, and it took them 2-3 hours or so. Setup is definitely a two-person job.Overall, this is a good trampoline, but my only complaint is that the bouncing surface is kind of spongy. I guess that's for safety, because the more taut it is, the higher a kid might bounce, but to me, it just doesn't feel springy enough. You bounce and kind of sink into it. I mean, you can jump on it, so it serves its purpose, but it is spongy feeling. It does have a tarp that you can put over the top, but it seems a little difficult, considering how high the thing is off the ground. I wish it had something like a huge shower cap that you could put over it. Probably such a thing doesn't exist.
