This power supply doesn't fit the Sky Puck as advertised so it's not fit for purpose. The power plug is larger than the Sky Puck power socket also the power output is not the same. The Sky Puck output is 5v 1.2A 5.6w. This adapter model DD172MU is 5v 2A. I do not recommend as a Sky Puck Power Adapter. Not Fit For Purpose.

I was frustrated that the plug provided with my Sky Stream puck was unsuitable for my wall mounted TV. Thankfully this product sorted the issue perfectly.

Not compatible with a Sky Puck

Delivered on time via Royal Mail.plug works fine.best thing about this is you can fit it behind wall mounted smart tv.You can’t do this with original sky plug ‘wrong shape ‘.

I wanted a smaller plug for my Sky Stream so I could push my tv flat against the wall. The plug was ideal.

Bought this to use behind a wall hung tv for a Sky puck instead of the plug that comes with the puck, which sticks out much too far. The Myvolts plug is a lot shallower, but it was still just too deep even when used with all the spacers supplied with the tv wall mount. However with a bit of inventive thinking and an extension cable we managed to make it work still hidden behind the tv. So not quite five stars, but a lot better than the original Sky plug!
