This really works!!!
I always doubted if these hings worked but a friend of mine bought one and tried it and recommended me to get one. I don't have much confidence in this type of thing but I have had a lot of back pain for the past 8 years and thought"why not ? it's only $50" I was sure it would be hot and uncomfortable and would fall apart as much as I work outside.Boy was I wrong! I have less back pain and the support it gives me allows me to do things I have not been able to do without pain for a long time. It is well made and comfortable even in the hot Texas weather. It has also helped my posture while sitting at my desk doing work. I am 79 yrs old and I wish I would have had it 10 years ago. I highly recommend it.

Don’t like it.
Seems to just squish you more than it decompresses your back. Rather uncomfortable to wear, even for a few minutes.

Needs adjustable sizes
It's well made for a small person.I'm 6' 235 and can barely use this product. They do give you an extension but if you are a size 36 it's the only way you will get to use it.As far as being comfortable I don't know I couldn't wear it to much because it was very tight

Great item- could be stronger material
the first belt blew out after 40 pumps of the air pump. the seller replaced the item but now I only pump it up 30 times max for fear of a Blowout. Work well though, better support than a copper fit belt. I wear them together for extra support also.

Inflatable Lower Back Support Brace - Like Arnold, It Pumps You Up!
OK, I have tempered expectations in regards to these braces.I have two: This one [ASIN:B077MBV7C5 Inflatable Lower Back Support Brace]].And this one: .And this one: Copper Compression Recovery Back Brace .Both do a good job of supporting the back, and helping assist in alignment and compression as needed. After a serious 5-broken ribs and L5/S1 back injury (Takata Air Bag recall, anyone?), I finally relented and bought both of these in hopes of restoring the feeling in my body below the waist. Both did a decent job of support.Actually, a great job of support. For invisible, all day support, and during some sports activities, I prefer the Copper Compression.I don't believe it works better. It just disappears under my clothes. But, for intensive alignment and powerful compression support, the Inflatable Support Brace rocks. It holds its pump all day.Fits snug and comfortably. And is adjustable in a split second. The included pump and pocket to hide the valve stem are a big bonus as well.Keep in mind, you'll sweat under both of these.A T-Shirt between the brace and body on this one is not required. But not a bad idea, either. If you haven't used a flexible lower back brace before (in contrast to the stiff nylon and leather ones used when weight training/power lifting and in warehouses), I give these a thumbs-up.These can accelerate healing .Improve posture.Address low-level pain issues. And maybe get your feeling back below the waist!

DOESN'T WORK!
This belt does not work as it is advertised. It also smells like chemicals. Save your money. Do not buy this.Ron A.

Works as described.
Received the belt today and wearing it now. Works great, easy to use, quality materials and gives a sense of relief. I would recommend this product and the price is good.

Endurance
This worked well, but did not last more than a couple of weeks. I was wearing it while I was hitting ball and it blew a part.
