Read and watched many reviews of this bidet over the course of a couple years. It's pricy and wanted to see how well it fares over time. About a month ago I finally decided to purchase it due to a bathroom remodel. I have a Toto brand toilet so this Toto bidet had no issues fitting perfectly; however, the hole where the cord and water tube was supposed to go through for a clean look didn't actually fit since the mounting bracket covered it up. It took about 15mins to set it all up, and based on videos i've seen I already knew to move the metal bracket forward a notch so the seat aligns with the toilet.I'm not going to rehash what every review has said about the features, but after experiencing very nice bidets in Japan and in some fine resorts in other countries, this bidet matches or exceeds expectations. Only critique I can say is the controller looks and feels a little cheap. While even lesser models I've used have much more premium controllers, this one seems a little cheap compared to the price, functions, and features of this bidet.Features I personally like: Auto lid And seat opening and closing; house is just the boys now, so this was a lazy mans bonus. That e-water pre-mist I figured was a gimmick but it actually works really well and keeps the bowl cleaner longer (note it doesn't pre-mist upon sitting when you have both lid and seat auto raise- took a bit of googling to find that fine print, but I think it does pre-mist sometime afterwards or we hit the pre-mist button manually). Jets actually have some pressure at the high settings.Cons: I've only had it for about a month, but other than the "look" of the controller, I can't think of any. Maybe a slight gripe is that you can't sit on the seat lid, but that's true for many bidets.Love it so far, has the perfect sleek design, and has a constant temp during prolonged use. Just wish it were cheaper so I could add the same to our other bathrooms.

Love this washlet. Yes it is more expensive than a lot of others on the market. Been using this for the last 6 months or so. Love it.We have turned off the auto open/close feature. That was a bit annoying having it open/close when you were reaching into the toilet area for a towel before shower. Also turned off the night light. Too bright.Best features to look in my opinion is having a tankless washlet that heats the water real time, versus having a tank and when that runs out, so sorry, colder water.Also like having the remote mounted to the wall next to the unit. That's worked well.Having a heated seat has also been great.

I walk out of my bedroom, past one bathroom, down a hall into another bedroom then into the bathroom with this toilet seat because it is Glorious! Pricey, yes absolutely. Complete indulgence, for sure. Worth every penny, no question.

This is a top quality bidet that is well designed with all the features necessary. I also like the remote and all the options and setting adjustments it has to fine tune for your personal needs. I am reminded of the phrase "You get what you pay for" because I think this Toto seat is the best one available. Installation was a challenge because our toilet is skirted and there is not a lot of space to connect the water supply. Everything worked out fine, it just took more time than some of the videos I looked at on line demonstrated.

Excellent quality, installs pretty easily but you have to have a wall socket near toilet to plug in. Once you have one, everywhere you go to use a restroom seems to be lacking in appeal. You really miss it when you are not home. We have 3 so far, originally installed due to physical injury making use of toilet difficult. This solved the problem. Our model automatically raises the seat and lid when you approach it, then closes them when you leave the room. Nice warm seat and lots of settings available on the wall mounted remote. Easy to use and reasonable good at self cleaning.
