Cute! Fabric inside keeps blades dry and an extra fabric at the bottom keeps fabric from tearing. It is small, I must stretch it to fit my blades and be careful not to scratch my fingers. I am an adult, Risport boot size 265, blade size 10 and it's tight, see pics. See pic for how they fit in the skate bag while over the blades. I have the regular size skate bag. I can get the seahorse heads in the bag, but have to stuff it. Adults can buy these soakers, but size 10 blades is the limit. I bought a second pair "Pinki" she's so cute and unusual, I don't know what she is, but she's on my new Matrix Supreme Blades size 10 and she's not fitting as well as Blue Sea Horse, Pinki barely covers. I have to pull and stick the toe picks in first, normally I start with the back of the blade. The inside of sea horse is starting to tear and I have had to replace the elastic once, purchased three years ago and skate 6 days a week. They are adorable, but made for children.
