Nonexistent Customer Service
If anything is wrong with your fan, the “friendly customer service” on the page is a joke. I have sent multiple emails (they don’t list a phone number) & have not gotten any response. The light kit on my fan is defective & so I have no bedroom light. I looked & parts for this are not available anywhere. I have had to pay an electrician twice - once to install & then to figure out why the light quit working.

Easy to install
This fan was very easy to install. I love that the light is modern and the wood looking blades make it feel homey.
