Edit -- First cable they sent was apparently an older model. They replaced it with a newer one. Mic works way better, but blind testing with several people, making two calls and switching cables between calls, (did not tell them I was switching) there were comments that voice clarity did drop marginally.In short, it's usable and I like that it's braided (I have cats and standard cables have to be put away whenever I'm not at the desk).Original post -- Mic was pretty bad. No one could hear me when they hear me just fine using the original cable that came with my Skullcandy Crusher.

Tip for parents: After seeing our kids quickly destroy cheap sets of headphones, we bought them UrbanEars a few years ago. They were fifty bucks a pop, but they were worth it. Why? Because the 3.5mm cable has a male connector at both ends. When the time comes for it to die after a zillion plug/unplugins, instead of replacing the entire headset, you need only replace the cord with the likes of this one for just 5 to 10 bucks. You're welcome.

The product seemed to work well enough on delivery. I only started having problems a few weeks in. My music/ podcasts were randomly speeding up/ stopping and the voice command helper on my phone kept popping up. It got to the point that I couldn't listen to anything for more than a few seconds. Admittedly, I use my headphone quite frequently for 5+ hours a day, but the audio cables that I've used before this all lasted a year or two despite appearing to be of worse quality.

This aux cord came quickly. The braded cord makes it strong. The microphone confirmed works with Xbox and iOS devices. The microphone has no echo or buzz and transmits clear audio. Previous jabees mic was quiet and fragile.

Looks like what I need for my headphones to connect to my PS4 controller. The tip is too short for my headphones jack so I had to order a separate extension so I can't speak on it's sound quality quite yet but I will update when the extender comes in.

It’s good and most of the time works well with my headset. The only problem I have noticed is that sometimes the mic turns itself off for different periods of time. Can be aggravating at times.

I got this so that I can hook my Bluetooth headphones to my PS4 remote for party chats. It works perfectly for this and I've had zero issues.

Never aggressive with my stuff and this cable became busted with just normal use playing ps4 do not recommend
