High quality reasonable price.
Very happy , high quality reasonably priced carburetor. I used this to replace The vacuum operated carburetor on a buggy. The engine runs so much nicer. Easy installation, great throttle response.\nHeavy duty.

Awesome carburetor!!!
These Nibby carburetors are truly awesome and are worth their weight in gold! I'm using one on my Grom clone and it really woke the bike up! These Nibby carbs are extremely high quality and very easy to use. Before getting this carb I attempted using a knockoff eBay carb and it was terrible, really poor quality. The stock carb worked but my bike ran pretty bad, for example I had to hold the throttle with the choke open for about 10 mins to get it to run and then it would turn off on me eventually while stopped usually when a pack of Harley dudes were cruising by lol. With the Nibby carb my bike fires right up on one push and runs really good! The pull choke is awesome but I don't need to use it to cold start the bike and my favorite feature is the adjustment air dial that makes getting the bike running perfectly with ease and messing with it looks cool and is super fun! I seriously can't say enough good things about these Nibby carbs, defiantly get one for your grom clone, pitbike, etc. you will not be disappointed. Also checkout YouTube for videos showing how to install them and tune them, mine ran good with the stock jets but they included some additional sizes to fine tune things if needed. Have FUN!!!

Super easy carb
Put this on an x-pro Sail 150cc and it was straight plug and play without adding the larger jets that come with it. Basically zero tuning required which was a massive relief. It definitely gave it a little bit more ass but mostly just made it run/start way better with a more zippy throttle response.

Tao DBX1 140cc with 26mm Nibbi Carb
Outstanding increase in performance (26mm carb) and ease of starting out of the box (no re-jetting). Relatively easy to install using the Nibbi intake manifold adapter and Nibbi angled air filter. Originally with everything in the stock condition, because of space constraints the air filter wouldn't go on straight and there was marginal clearance between the frame and the accelerator cable on the top of the carb. I milled the two flanges of the intake manifold to slightly change the angle only by removing a small amount of material on the rear and lower parts of the intake manifold flanges (although this could be done on a belt sander), resulting in rotating the carb/airfilter down by 3 or 4 degrees to make a perfect fit. Did need two new fasteners from the hardware store for the intake manifold adapter. My only complaint is that the slide valve return spring is weak, and with the increased torque (a lot), the throttle is quite twitchy and sensitive. This leads to problems when holding on hard on rough terrain. I'll try putting in the spring from the original carb which is much stiffer.

Good carb for the price.
I installed this on my Apollo RFZ Z20 Max. It's a 125cc engine. The Nibbi is FAR better than the original carb. I installed it with the jets there were already in it and set the needle to the middle mark, but it does come with a second (larger) pilot and main jet. There's no choke on this carb, but I figured out how to get it to start on the first kick by playing with the idle screw. After that, I had to play with the mixture screw to get the bike to run correctly. No more bogged throttle at first and second gear, like with the original carb. And I also have room to do upgrades to the engine, if I ever feel the need to do so. Overall, it's a great quality carb for the price. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there isn't a choke, but it doesn't really NEED one. Also, if installing on the Z20, or Z20 Max, you will need a longer throttle cable. I got a 52" throttle cable from 1PZ, and it was more than enough. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BPK93CY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details

This NBBI Carb turned my son's 2021 SSR125 into a beast!!!
My son bought his 2021 SSR 125 this April. It ran great until a few weeks ago. It wouldn't hold a steady Idel and heavy bogging around 27MPH. We spent an hour or so cleaning the carb bowl and both jets thinking there was a clog, and that wasn't it. So instead of wasting any more time troubleshooting the carb issues, we decided to order the NBBI as a replacement. We bolted the NBBI to the bike, and it fired right up!!! My son took it for a ride and said it was bogging around 30 MPH. We read the included directions and decided to change the main jet from 110 to the included 112. We also reseated the air mixture screw and turned it 1 1/2 turns out. That main jet change and air mixture adjustment made a world of difference! It woke this SSR 125 UP!!! The throttle response is insane and is now hitting a max speed of 60MPH!!! We highly recommend the NBBI carb! Also, remember to purchase the bolt-on adapter and a 48mm air filter. Make sure the air filter is attached to the carb when making any adjustments to the jets and air mixture.

Tuning NIGHTMARE.
Let me start this off with saying i own every jet and needle under the sun for most small engine carbs. That being said it was easier to tune a 34mm slide OKO carb on a 125cc, This carb does not like see level or i am out of my mind. I spent over 4 hours swapping jets needles and everything i could think of. I even hooked up a wideband o2 sensor got the idle to dialed go to give it throttle and 15.9 lean as all get out. Change the needle for a slimmer one for better main flow 15.6 but here is the kicker. At WOT it reads 10.9-11.2? So 1/8th throttle to 3/4 14.6-15.9 WOT 10.9 11.2? Never in my life have i seen anything like this. I gave up and put on a PWK carb and with in 5 minutes had it running and driving great. 10/10 for build quality(beautiful carb) -1000/10 for tuning 10/10 for Ease of access to needle adjustment and float. 10/10 for idle design overall, if you have a ton of time and fuel to dick with this carb you can probably get it runnin amazing. Dont get me wrong if you only do from dead stop to WOT this carb is amazing.

Great replacement carb
Have a KLX140 that I bet succumbed to bad fuel and also poor design. It was not only hard to start, but rough running. I read through various reviews as well as here and settled on this one. Although not as easy as I thought here are some notes: 1. You need to replace the throttle cable. I got the Nibbi 110cm cable - then found out the threads for the throttle are larger than stock so now I have ordered 2. Nibbi Short Stroke throttle. 3. To clear the gas tank I ordered the Sudco 007-731 angled fitting. The carb and fitting both come with boots, so all good there. Did a test run so far without the throttle so far and starts with choke (I'm using factory jets so far), then quickly runs after (had to do a little idle adjust). When warm - shortly after start, it starts with one kick of the starter - amazing! Now onto the air box. The intake of the carb is 48mm and the OD of the tube off of the airbox it also 48mm, but flexible....So, I'm working a rigid, thin insert there and have ordered a 48mm by 3" tube to see if I can clamp down on both. There is about a 1/4" gap between them too. I have seen some do an air box delete and just put filter on, but there's a PCV tube to deal with and if in mud or water I don't want to suck it in. I have ordered UNI 1" air box vents to see if I can get more flow through box first. If I can do it too, I'll try to increase the tube from box to carb intake, but that was a search that was going nowhere. For now its a drastic improvement and some skill, but not overwhelming!

Extremely good! Put it in a Lifan 125cc that was newer behaving as it should. Now it’s smooth and makes a lot of more power.
