everything is fine
I probably have 20-30 hours of use on this saw so far and for the money, I am really impressed. Granted it is far from a pro saw but it shares a lot of nice touches not found on saws of similar price and knowing it is made by Husqvarna makes me feel confident in its long term durability for occasional homeowner use.The one thing I would recommend is changing the chain out for a nicer quality chain. The stock chain seems to dull quick, even in clean wood and does not cut as nice as even a mid level Oregon chain.Started right up after following the priming procedure.

You get what you paid for
You’ll get what you paid for so expect issues. Don’t believe me then buy it. Can’t even return it if you have time to deal with customer support then buy it. I don’t blame them i just sharing my experience next time I won’t focus only on price!

Very reasonable priced saw
Great chainsaw for the price, went to use chainsaw and it wouldn't stay running. Found out the on/off switch on handle was the culprit. Tried contacting seller about issue with the faulty switch and didn't really want to fix the issue without seeing a video. Seems like a decent chainsaw despite the power switch issue. Don't think I'll buy anything from this company again, based on my experience with their customer service.

Consider Price & Functionality
For the money, unless you make specific upgrades, you couldn’t ask for more.Customer service is great. They provide instructions on how to care for the machine, maximizing the useful life of the asset. You won’t find a comparable deal lower in price. The machine can do the job, but be reasonable.

This saw is nothing compared to say Husquvarna
I received the saw looked it over put the normal bar oil and mixed gas took a pull on the starter and it broke so since I already had gas in it I couldn’t send it back so now I have a brand new saw never used broken

I LOVE IT Chainsaws
Great Saw, put in some oil and fuel and it fired right up. I ran it for a bit and it cut like a champ. I highly recommend this saw for any average do it yourselfer. The saw is a great product and worked great right out of the box.Slightly heavy saw but cuts well. Frankly although I am a husqvarna fan, this saw isn’t quite easy to start, the choke and gas trigger are linked to cancel the other, which is very cumbersome to anyone who is accustomed to revving a cold start. I don’t recommend this model.Overall great

this was a great purchase
So far this was a great purchase! cut a 12" tree really well without bogging down etc.I'd recommend watching youtube videos that show how to maintain and start. After that it was pretty easy to get it up and running. You'll need to purchase blade oil. I was able to take down a few trees and it cut through them like butter. The only issue I had with the saw was idling. It would stop instead of going to idle so I had to start it back up about 10 times. Usually starts on about the 6-7 pulls.Easy to handle as it's not super heavy like some machines are. Handy to have around the farm .Great bargain for us so far. I'll update as we use it more

5 stars!!!
After reading the reviews on many saws, I assumed that they were all hard to start so I purchased a carb adjusting tool and watched youtube videos on the process. Right out of the box, mine started on the second pull. So far I really like the saw (light home use). One other big thing I noticed is that is does NOT leak ALL of the bar oil out while setting like other saws do. A small amount will run out right after use but that's it. Seems like a great saw for the money. This was a gift so I can’t comment on how much I like it but the recipient seems to get the jobs done and has not had any problems with the saw.
