I believe these bee propolis is good for overall health system. I have been eating these for many years. Now I have less allergies. The price of this product is better than the Chinese bee propolis. So I stay with it.

Good value for Money. Just started using this. I might be allergic to the pollen, because of Asthma. But, will continue to use. Heard good things about the health benefits of the bee products, with memory, energy and other immune boosting benefits.So I'll see how it goes. Like I said I do have asthma and was feeling like I couldn't breathe, the first night I tried it. But, do have asthma inhalers if needed. No taste really, just swallow one a day.I'm hoping to improve my immune system and memory. I just heard a podcast about Dementia, and Altziemers patients. They found out there is something in the bee products or Raw Honey that preserves the memory some how.Steve Martin ( Recently Diagnosed with Dementia) and Bill Gates were talking about it.
