Bone Enhancement
It dissolves well in coffee. It feels like a positive bone enhancing substance. There is no taste, it doesn’t clump and has good digestion. I have osteoporosis so I decided to improve my bone density.

Absolutely Should Try
This supplement can be tricky if you don’t take the time to mix the powder properly. I add it to whipping cream and use a handheld frother to combine the two. I then pour (hot) coffee into mug. It does not change coffee flavor or add any bitterness. I think what the supplement does will vary from individual to individual. I did feel more energetic and aches and pain of weight lifting lessened.

I believe this product added to day’s nutrition routine makes a difference.
I take 2 teaspoons in 2 cups of coffee in the morning and I feel my walking is more comfortable and my balance is better.

Allergic Reaction
I do like this powder, dissolves easily and no taste. It Appears to be a quality product. I really wanted to use this for my bone density, however, every time I consumed it, I got an itchy and red face. So bummed. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to return.
