This is a very reliable phone case and charger. I was concerned its primary function was a charger and would not be very protective for my phone, but it’s fine. The only thing that’s a little odd is if you use the plug-in charging port, your phone will blink on and off charging. I assume this means the battery is charging and then discharging to the phone, but I’m not sure. I avoid using pass through now as I’m afraid that might be hard on the phone circuitry. But I’m happy with the case, especially for the price.

I purchased this battery case right before traveling, and it stopped working only a few days into my trip. The case will charge to full battery, but it won’t charge my phone. I ended up taking it off and having to use my phone without a case for the entire trip. That way, I could access its direct charging port since the battery case blocks it. No point in getting a replacement one though since my trip is over now. I requested a refund.

This charging case is perfect. My battery kept dying and I was not ready to get a new phone. I thought I would try this and it was absolutely perfect. Keeps my phone at 100% for 10+ hours. I just charged the case at night and use it all day.. very happy with my purchase

I love these cases. This is my second one. My only complaint is that they don’t connect well with the flat charge pads from Yootech

It’s a good product, be sure to follow the instructions when you put the phone in the case. So far it’s been easy to carry and easy to hold while you’re using it.

Worked slick when first purchased. Haven’t made it but one month and now it won’t accept a charge and or charge my phone battery back up. Never got wet, didn’t drop it on the ground or anything neglecting on my end. About a week ago it started giving me issues and now it crapped the bed. Folks I didn’t make it a month, save your money. You earned it and spend it wisely and not on this product. I’ll updates the post in a week or two see if the selling company will try and make anything right about it.

I have bought 3 of these battery cases over several years for my Iphone 14. They do work well as a second battery to recharge the phone when away from a power source. That can be really handy at times. They are also rubberized so they provide some shock protection for the phone in case it is dropped. The problem I have with these battery cases is that, after about 7 months of use they stop taking a charge. At that point I have replaced them with the same model. As long as you don't mind replacing the case as frequently as annually they are a decent buy.

Item received was defective and would not charge. Seller refused to send a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Amazon policy clearly states ant defective items will not be charged shipping costs. The seller is extremely unhelpful with the return process and gives a scam style feeling when dealing with them. I recommend steering clear of this seller and keep your money.
