Good product and service
Very elegant product and worked fine for 9 months. Post that it did not power on. git it replaced through customer service and the replacement was arranaged and the old product was picked up. Hassle free experience, but waiting time of 2-3 days for delivery when being so habitual to hot water in minutes. Trying to ubderstand why it stopped working

Poor quality product
The quality of this product is extremely bad, received a fully defective product. We started using after 2 weeks. The kettle lid screws are getting rusted. It happens every day. Unable to use the product. The brand is using an extremely low quality material. Overall the product is very bad and complete waste of money. Do not buy this product at all. Amazon should take this listing down.

Excellent Product & Great Customer Support
The kettle works perfectly and heats water quickly. The build quality feels sturdy, and it's easy to use. I had a small issue initially, but the customer service team responded promptly and resolved it without any hassle. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the product and the support provided. Highly recommended!

Very good customer service
Nice product in this price range and excellent customer service. I purchased this kettle in February and used continuously but it stopped working after after 4 months. But Agaro team responded to my complaint in a positive way and replaced it with new kettle. The new one is working well. It heats water quickly and easy to use. I'm totally satisfied with the product and service.

Disastrous product. Two failures in 6 months + RUSTING!
Please avoid this product at all costs. My first kettle died within 2 months. The replacement they sent started rusting on the lid, which is incredibly unsafe for health. When reported, the company just tried to mail me a screw to replace it myself. Now, a few months later, the replacement kettle has also completely stopped working. Customer service has provided zero compensation or helpful response. Complete waste of money and a total scam.
