Is it normal for this torch to come empty? Is this simple to refill and what butane is recommended? Thanks.

This lighter comes already filled with peanut butter.

How much butane can you put inside of this lighter?

I’ve never measured the amount but it’s about the same as a refillable lighter.

Can it lock on in the on position to have continuous flame without clicking it continuously??

Yes, you can lock it open for a continuous flame
